I’d highly recommend relate. My son had a 8 week sessions and it has helped his anxiety not fully but he’s in a better mind set. I thought the whole building was lovely warm and clean. Although they did hold a job interview on the waiting room whilst I was waiting for my son, which was a bit strange! Thankyou relate!
Their therapists are not on the register of any professional body which, if I'd realised, would have been a big red flag to avoid them. Essentially the therapist will pick a side from the outset (in my experience the one who did the vast majority of the damage) and will use her skills to manipulate the other party into giving up everything and just accepting mistreatment. They actively promote coercive and controlling behaviour. Don't bother complaining to the CEO, she won't even speak to you before dismissing the complaint and swallowing the lies told by the therapist.

I felt that there was no real support offered by this counselling centre and has put the nail in the coffin for not just my relationship but my family. If you are in crisis I suggest you do your research and avoid this place at all costs.
