Saw Sian for a physio appointment following a dance related injury. Would highly recommend her. Sian clearly is very knowledgeable and this showed in the appointment. Didn’t feel rushed at all, and looking forward to my next appointment with her.
I've known the owner of Next Step for over 10 years from when I was a pro at Bath Rugby. He put my knee back together after a serious reconstruction and got me back playing rugby after being told I may have to retire. I played another 10 years before age got the better of me but not the injuries! Since retirement I have had several surgeries and every time my return to normality and exercise has been greatly increased due to Next Step. Personally I would never use anyone else. Whether you are returning from injury or maintaining ongoing issues (both for me!) I can not recommend Next Step more highly.
The staff are highly experienced and the facilities are top notch. It has one of the few anti-gravity treadmills available in the South West of England
I cannot thank Keith enough for his help, I have spent many years trying to sort issues with my ankle. I have seen doctors, chiropractors and other physiotherapists in the past and they have not been able to help with the pain and discomfort I was experiencing on a daily basis! Now after 6 weeks of treatment with Keith I'm able to return to rugby training after almost 10 years away from the game. The Alter G is a fantastic piece of kit and I'm sure using this equipment in the future is going to help me rehab my ankle further and get me back playing again. I didn't realise the specialist equipment that was in here. The anti gravity machine is great, especially when you need to adjust slowly to exercising again.The guys really know their stuff. This is now helping me improve the repair work on my back thanks to Tim at Cleve Chiropractic.
