Small, specialist gym tailored to mobility and functional fitness, but there's enough kit for olympic lifters and general strength conditioning. Really friendly staff and clientele. Can't fault it.
The guys at the gym are extremely helpful! Steve, George and Joe are knowledgeable and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. They provide great guidance and support to help you achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommended for those seeking a supportive and helpful fitness environment. Also a very welcoming environment for anyone nervous about joining a gym for the first time, great trainers and friendly members.
I can’t praise Steve enough! I have quite a lot of tension in my upper back/ traps so I took a soft tissue therapy session with him. He is the only person I have been too that is strong enough to ease the pain. I also had a stability/ mobility session for my ankles as I feel it is hindering my squat depth and his knowledge of the body is unmatched. 100% recommend Steve and traxperformance, I’ll definitely be back again soon!
5 star gym 5 star service Gym has the best equipment you can get your hands on ! Super clean and both George and Steve are super friendly and helpful. I went to steve with a grade two tear hamstring and I honestly couldn’t recommend there services enough! He helped me massively with my rehabilitation and I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic gym with top facilities. Met with Steve after suffering with a back injury for a few months. Steve put me through a session of stretches and specific movements in order to identify the cause of my back pain. Steve then invited me back a week later for acupuncture and deep tissue treatment and after just two sessions overall my back pain is very minimal and my body movement has improved. Can’t rate Trax performance highly enough. Great set up and very professional.
