We enjoyed a great afternoon session with Lexy! She was a fantastic teacher, showing us extra tips/tricks which we will use when we take our boards out next. A great way to see the harbourside from the water. All the gear was great, as was communication for booking. Thanks Lexy / Tim / SUP Bristol!
Tim facilitated an amazing private SUP tour of Bristol Harbor for me and my friend. The whole booking process was a breeze and on the day itself the faculties were great. Tim was a wonderful guide, freely giving me technical tips to improve my technique even though it wasn’t officially a lesson. I appreciated the added value and I so enjoyed the entire session. If I lived in Bristol I think I’d be down here paddling every week. It’s such a chill, calming activity - Everyone should try paddle boarding with SUP Bristol!!!
A fantastic place to try a new sport and enjoy the harbour in Bristol. I did a 90-minute taster session in July 2021, and found the instructions and advice from the instructor really clear and helpful. I immediately signed up for a members session the next day and have since enjoyed numerous sessions on the harbour in all (safe) weathers and at all times of year! I've always found the instructors to be friendly and helpful, making sure that all levels of ability feel comfortable and safe on the water. The knowledge I gained in the 4-week SUP fundamentals course also prepared me to safely visit other locations on my own board too. Definitely recommend!
This was the first time that I had ever taken part in paddle boarding and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher than Josh who was so friendly and really helped me during the lesson. He had me standing up in no time at all and I enjoyed it so much I did another lesson two days later. I am definitely a big fan of the paddle board.

SUP Bristol, made me feel so welcome and settled my nerves when I attended the WSA course. Tim, Kate and Jamie were all really friendly, helpful and genuine lovely people. There isn't a thing they don't know about all things SUP plus many other areas. They all work so hard and you can see that they take care to make everyone feel welcome and like part of there community. And through all there hard work they have created such an amazing company, which i am so glad i choose these guys to complete my course. Even after care, when purchasing a second-hand SUP to start my own SUP adventures. They were attentive and accommodating and offered lots of helpful advice. Plus the whole purchasing process was modern and up to date i.e apple pay, online invoicing etc. Overall an outstanding company and I cant wait till next year for the next course.
We had family public paddle boarding session last week. Had fantastic afternoon. We love it. Our instructor Jake was excellent and the other lady instructor was also very friendly and she made some very good action free photos for us. On arrival , at the car park, we met another lady instructor who was very friendly and helped us find toilet and explained where we needed to go.
A great morning out on the docks with SUP Bristol. Our instructors Bee and Kate were great, they put everyone at ease and gave top notch instructions for getting out onto the water! We spent about 1.5 hours in the docks, paddled up to the SS Great Britain and back around again. Was well worth falling in ;p. Thank you guys and would recommend to all, give something new a go!
