   None of the gimmicky martial arts BS you see on YouTube here, Steve teaches reality based combatives - skills that actually work in the real world, as well as fitness, self awareness and mindset to go with it. It’s a very friendly, welcoming & supportive environment where there are no egos and everyone is willing to learn and share their experiences, bringing the concepts to life. Anyone who is looking for the confidence and skill to feel less of a victim and more able to handle whatever life throws at them, especially is situations where people are aggressive. I have been practicing for 18 months and recommend this to any age, gender or walk of life. Whilst it can be daunting to try sonething new you will be surprised how quickly you can pick it up, and there’s never any pressure to be able to do anything. Give it a go!
