   Ok so where do we start? Many negative reviews. I don't know your circumstances but I definitely know mine. Been under CAMHS for roughly two years and had no problems. Circumstances changed and we are no longer under CAMHS as they can no longer deal with us. We have been elevated to a team that are exceptional. We have a very long road to travel and knowbody knows what the outcome will be. To hear of complaints and negative comments raise concerns to me. There guys are doing there best. Maybe complain to your MP about lack of funding? I could comment more but will refrain from doing so. Believe me I know what it's like to be at the edge, to risk losing a loved one. It seems these reviews want a magic pill. Wake up call - it doesn't exist. Keep fighting and don't give up. They are there to help and support but you need to be part of it.

   My children have been with Sutton CAMHS from the age of 7, they are now 17 & 16 years old. Over the 10 years of service we have received from them it has always been to the highest standards. They are a credit to the NHS and worth their weight in gold. Dr Bridget Berg is one of the best psychological doctors I have ever come across. She has helped my family so much and we are so grateful for her help and advice. She is so knowledgeable and always puts the child first. Even when it comes to the office/receptionist staff; Dionne, Jessica, Andrea, Yasmin & Ellie. They are amazing and so helpful. They are so patient and will always give you thier time to listen you about what is going on in yours and your child's life. They all show empathy and understanding and will always advise you the best way they can. Me and my children are so grateful to them for all their help over the years. I don't know what we'd do without them. So thank you sutton CAMHS for everything you do. Not just for me and my family but for everyone who comes through your doors. Cheryl Giddings.

   They referred me to social services due to miscommunication. When I refused counselling because of their miscommunication , they reported to social services again. They also told my child that it’s okay to self harm as long the blade is clean

   atrocious service. gave me trauma, shocking responses from professional and no help for me or my sister who are in a state of crisis

   Not worthy of the 1 star, but it won’t let me write a review otherwise! Atrocious service, a failure to my son! Who continually refuse to see my son who is at crisis point! I will be taking legal action!

   The professionals are under qualified!! They dismiss my son help... they would rather wait till the teenager is Suicidal than help them and blame the parent!! Them not knowing what my son is diagnosed is and blamed me that he couldnt speak nor understand what he was saying so I think they need to be educated in all disorders before closing the case on my son!! Very disappointed... I have been waiting for more than 5 years for my son to go therapy so he had the courage to talk and they shut him down before he can speak to them!!

   Camhs Sutton are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Another child sadly failed at the hands of this useless team. Parents and children are NOT listened too here, you probably get more response from a brick wall. Just want to palm you off to other places that are really no use to the actual problem. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. Very disappointing.
