Order cancelled at lastminut due to delivery driver being cancelled (uber drivers own fault) but shop personally rang me,explained issue sorted out my problem, JazakAllah brother(sorry didn't get your name) for going out of your way to come and personally deliver my order. Buy a pizza after a long time. Honestly, everything changed customer service too slow, pizza tastes and quality not as good as it used to be. It used to be the best pizza shop in Leicester
I ordered a Pizza half an hour ago on the phone. And the guy was shouting when asked for pizza size. And when I went to collect the guy saying it was Jamil and trying to defend. Also when I told that I am gonna put a review on google, he was proudly saying to go ahead. The Pizza taste was not so good as well. The place should be taken into consideration.
Food: Great flavours delivered on a crispy base. We had the BBQ chicken pizza. Service: From order to collection very prompt even though it was extremely busy, our order was ready when said suggesting good organisation. Atmosphere: Very busy but shop felt organised and everyone was being looked after
Ordered well in advance and arrived to have to wait the normal time it takes to cook the pizza because the order had not even been started and the place was not even busy! If you're looking for good pizza, this is not the place. If you're hungry and need any pizza, this place will do. Also keep in mind, this place is cash only. Would have been better if card payment was available as an option.
Gave my entire family food poisoning. food was not bad, it was tasty but more than 6 members of my family got sick because of it.

Very poor customer service last 3 time when i called them to place my order they end the call and saying your voice is not coming then i had to go to the shop this Monday i took my son to football finished at 7 it was too late to cook i ordered two pizza size extra large when i went to collect my order they give me size 12 but when i came home it was not the thing i ordered the topping completely different which my kids didn’t eat i called the 3 time they where saying come tomorrow night to collect well i ordered for Monday night not Tuesday night then ending my call so rudeness of them never going back to the shop better to get cheese tomatoes from Asda backed at home To the owner jamil brother this is farhad’s wife
Fantastic Service! I ordered from here after a long time and I was very pleased with the way they handled my order. We had a hefty complicated order and they made the pizzas' exactly how I asked. The man whom I spoke with over the phone was very calm, listened to me properly and was very kind. Hats off to Highfields Pizza❤
