   If 3.5 was a thing that’s what i’d do. The food was delicious and was told about this from a friend who 100% was correct! 1.5 hour delivery, i rang twice and he said it would be here at 8 (ordered at 7:10 ish) which is normal but didn’t arrive til 8:40probably wouldn’t have ordered knowing the delay but a lovely collection meal! CHEAP too!!

   Took over 2 hours for my order. It took so long I tried to ring to cancel but after 20 calls I gave up. The line was constantly busy. The driver said they’d had someone call in sick which is fair enough but I’d rather they didn’t accept my order. Food wasn’t great either. Will never order from here again. Very expensive and disappointing

   I ordered online at 18:30pm with an advised delivery time of approximately 19:15. Food still hadn't arrived by 19:45, so I called the restaurant for an update. The lady asked me to hold whilst she checked where my food was. She cam back after about 5 mins on hold, to tell me it was on its way and will be with me shortly. She then proceeded to give me a load of excuses why the food was late, instead of making an apology and taking some ownership of the situation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for the delivery (which was apparently on the way). It is a 7 minute drive from Pizza point to my house, and when my order still hadn't arrived 20 minutes after being told it was on route, I called them back to cancel the order and issue a refund. I spoke to the same lady and she continued to make excuses rather than apologise. Really poor customer service. I hadn't ordered from here before and I definitely won't be ordering in the future. To management, please train your staff on how to deal with Customer complaints. And if you are short staffed etc, then account for it and reduce you capacity to take orders. Taking orders you cannot fulfill is terrible business practice. If you are so busy that there is a wait of nearly 2 hours for delivery, then stop taking orders until the backlog has cleared. Above all, be honest. Customers really do not appreciate being lied to.

   £7.20 for a quarter pounder cheeseburger meal way overpriced! And to top it off I didn’t even get a burger grilled fresh they chucked a pre cooked one on the grill, lovely just what I want, So I’m paying £7.20 for reheated food not good enough should be cooking me a fresh burger for that price.

   This place was terrible delivery a year ago and attitude stank ,now it’s much improved under new ownership I think foods great ,only downside is could be a little hotter when it arrives but other than that quality is good to great

   Food is great. Bit waited nearly 90mins (still waiting as I write this) for our order which is unacceptable. I called to be told 'it's on it's way' The app counts down and says you can track your order but clearly doesn't work properly. I won't be ordering again
