The base was thicker than expected for thin crust. It was under cooked and doey. Lack of cheese topping. Had to add cheese and pop in air fryer when got home. Will not be returning
Purchased 2 xxl hot veggies today poor topping poor base unlike before... Not good no vegetables apart from halepino and peppers. Cost 27 pound not happy at pizza quality or topping SHAN'T BE GOING BACK. Sorry previously been 3 times. Visited off the cuff 530 ish pm on a Sat. Ordering a large hot veggie pizza. Cost 10 or 10.49 ish pounds .
After an hours wait for delivery app said it had been delivered. It hadn't!! Still waiting an hour and half later. Used a few takeaways in MH over last few weeks with no problem. Will never use this papa johns again. Rubbish service
After a few errors and mishaps which the manager has amended on the next order I am just done. For once I'd like the pizzas I've asked for and delivered within an hour and a half. Dominos in harborough are accurate and have speedy delivery.
I was sent the wrong items which conflicted with dietary requirements, and the store was unwilling to resolve the issue. One of the staff members went out of their way to cause inconvenience and was very rude. It took 45 minutes to reach a staff member who was willing to act professionally. Overall, I would not recommend this particular establishment if you have dietary requirements.
24/02/2023 On Friday night I came to order pizza at 22:40 doors was locked.Knock to it but I was refused to served coz they were done for that night as I was told by a very rude man who worked there and it wasn't even a time to close for them because it wasn't even 23:00 yet. Been told next time :,,If you want to eat come earlier" They working to 23:00! So why not just let people know that you close 20 mins early and you do not work till 23:00. So if you not taking orders from 22:00 just change time on the door ,that you working till 22:00. Very disappointed by that place never coming back especially after such a rude response.
they took an order through an online app, never delivered and never answered the phone - just not good in this day and age - AVOID
Disrespectful staff who harassed customers for bad reviews. we bought two pizzas both toppings fell off as soon as you pick them up, we went back to the store to explain the situation and the staff harrased us about us supposedly complaing. On our first order a couple weeks prior we ordered potato torts which were a regrettable choice and were cold, the pizza sticks was just a gralic bread, we had to tear it because the cuts were so bad. The garlic sauce should not be the default sauce when ordering pizza because the taste is really artificial and overall doesn't taste nice.
