   Didn’t really even help.They didn’t even help me to get motivated or to go school but it just kept getting worse and worse plus I am just there asking for help about school problems and family problems but now I am barely even going school anymore,never getting enough sleep and is less motivated to do stuff.Please show that your actually trying to care for our mental healths because after the appointment it just felt like a waste of time because nothing even happened to fix it during the appointments but for me my mental health got worse so venting to camhs isn’t a good idea.

   horrible place. i came here for a year for help and got NOTHING. no progress and no official help. i had trouble with school, instead they forced me to go and had separate sessions with my parent just to tell her to make me go to school. they refused to give me any help i needed for example: medication, group therapy, diagnosis, etc. all because of my age when i have been crying for help for years and i am years MORE than enough of the required age for the diagnosis and medication. they refuse to take me seriously and they are only motivated by money. they are an absolute joke of a place. if you need help, find another place. if you just need a little distraction, go here. its good to keep your mind distracted a little but its not good for help at all! my therapist was rude, claimed i was looking for attention and horrible. my last therapist left. this place is disgusting and they are all only there for money, no professionals whatsoever. this place is ridiculous. ALSO, the waiting times are CRAZY! please, if you need help find something or someplace else, this place is horrible and a huge waste of time. everyone says the same. its a disgrace of a place. if i could, id sue them.

   If I would be able, I would give 0. Two years did nothing, offer parenting course what is not suits for my daughter situation. Course was nice, but it's not conected with suspected highly functioning autism, what my daughter has and also not conected with generalised anxiety disorder at all. My daughter suufers badly from GAD, therapist did not gave her psychiatrist consultation and any medication to keep her stable!!! My daughter not able to attend school, suffers badly, but year ago case was closed by exuce that she is not engaging. They tried just once!!!! Why other professionals from school and child services know how to engage with her. Is there any professionals in this service??? Now we got 2 new referrals from GP, one for autism assessment, another for mental health assessment. My daughter and me managed to come in first appointment last year 22 of March.... And since time we are in the queue. This is horrible!!!! Another referral was made by case worker in Family's first for her metal health assessment last year Nowember, and it's disappeared somewhere! No one knows anything, I am trying to reach them by call, they sending me to send my enquiry via email. I forgot to mention that because of this service and not prescribed medication for my daughter, she is almost our from education for last 3 years and she now in 11, she is bright and really intelligent and talanted, but can't do exams, because she did not receive treatment in time, in two years with therapist I been listening just exsuses why not, I been asked why I want my child to be diagnosed, and nothing was done, absolutely nothing. With all respect for professionals who are proactive and doing they're work, I did not meet them in my daughters story with this service, except front door team. In generaly I can tell that this service absolutely useless.,and it's the best thing what I can say.

   DO NOT WORK HERE!!! STAY AWAY! This is one of the worst place to work especially when covering reception duties here to there. Even 30-60 minutes reception cover will drive you mad mainly because of the new manager (who's not even officially a manager by contract but she just wants to make her CV look good). Little things drive her mad such as going to the toilet for FIVE minutes which is too long for her, unable to pray for FIVE minutes when some staffs go out to have a five minutes smoke, co-receptionist snitches on you and give false/incomplete information to the "manager" about you until you yourself have to clarify the truth on what actually happened, false accusations made against you on the basis of a misunderstanding, they give you far more demanding tasks than what you're paid for. Also, the telephone software on the PC is extremely bad in a way that we have to requests I.T. support multiple times which disrupts the service and patients' needs especially if their calls are urgent, my former work colleague keeps on taking sick leaves, annual leaves leaving and forcing me to work on my own with all overloaded tasks thrown to me like a splash (despite raising this with my senior, no action was taken), the lists endlessly goes on. I worked for around 3 months and couldn't take it anymore so I found a better and fairer opportunity elsewhere and left. I decided to write a review now after leaving on January 2018 as I wanted to move on. But then I realised now that I wouldn't be able to truly move on if I don't raise awareness to potential new staffs. It's better late than never.

   If I could give 0 stars I would !! If you call this place, the receptionists pick up the phone and hang it up before you could even say anything. When they DO pick up which is very very unlikely they are very unhelpful and don't even know any information about the departments. If they don't like their jobs they should just QUIT! Someone vulnerable could need their help one day and they just pick up the phone and hang up. The tone of their voice is rude and they are not bothered to help in the slightest. I will be making a formal complaint regarding the reception staff and their attitude towards their work. I have worked on reception myself before and I have always given 100% good service even on my bad days! You do not take out your personal problems at your job especially if you're in front of house! in the receptionists case, she has a bad day every single time I have called !! It does not represent the organisation in a good light!
