Excellent food and service in a quaint little bistro, better to book downstairs as the stairs are small. The Crown of Roast Turkey was excellent, juicy Turkey, tasty gravy and good vegetables. The spicy parsnip soup was tasty but not spicy.

Drove into town with my husband and we called to book and we were so grateful that there was a last minute cancellation because we had an absolutely delicious meal. The staff were very accommodating and it was a lovely atmosphere! Would highly recommend the salmon!

This was my surprise birthday lunch. My daughter is coeliac and lactose intolerant, so she explained this when she booked the table. They said this would not be a problem. When we arrived at midday it was very cold and the only starter that was available to my daughter was olives as the chef had not made the soup yet and they had no GF bread. She had chicken for her main meal, which was good, but there were no desserts that she could have. Mine and my wife’s food was very nice, but we were left very disappointed as my daughter had travelled from London for the day

We ate at Rocksalt for a work team lunch and it was lovely. It was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday afternoon which, along with friendly staff, gave a really nice atmosphere. We all had Calamari or prawns to start and for mains the group had fish pie, risotto, sea bass, and fish and chips - all were considered delicious. I'd definitely recommend for a lovely but laid back option and go again.

Dinner with some old friends after a recommendation from a local and it was a great evening all round. Extensive menu and very reasonably priced we all had 2 courses for sub £30. Good portion sizes and very tasty. Service was good.

Very nice food and great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed it. The food is all cooked to order and was very very good. I've eaten here only once. Others I have spoken to say that the menu could be changed once in a while as the same menu has been there for some time. ( I don't know how true it is its what I have heard. )

Nice place to go out in Harborough for a nice meal. Very expensive but is worth it. We enjoy our steak and drinks. The service was excellent thanks.

Better standard of food at kebab shop down the road! Food was cold twice......at least the dogs enjoyed the steak. Service was good but no management there to deal with the kitchen or problem. We weren't the only ones sending our food back.
