I don't usually complain but absolutely abysmal service. Came for a family meal as we're all in different places over Christmas, was stood in the doorway a solid ten minutes before anyone even noticed we were there. Then had to wait another ten minutes because the table wasn't ready, despite reserving in advance. 15 minutes passes with nobody coming to take our drinks order, we ended up having to ask to be served and then having to remind the waiter of one of the drinks he forgot. The wait for food was long. To be fair, the food was actually alright by the time we got it but by that point none of us were really in the mood to enjoy it. I'd be a bit more forgiving if they were busy but the place was half empty, staff just don't seem interested in serving people. Wouldn't come again.

Visited the Pizza Express in Leamington Spa and Ian was incredible from start to finish. Super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really looked after. His drink recommendations were spot on honestly made the meal even better! The food was great, but Ian’s service is what truly made the experience memorable. Thank you so much, Ian, for such a lovely visit. Highly recommend!

We visited with our kids as they have a decent kids menu (they also gave the kids crayons and activity sheets which was good). It was a fairly disappointing experience overall, on a quiet Sunday at 4.30pm we were waiting to be seated for a few minutes longer than seemed necessary, and ignored by what looked like a manager while he stacked some takeaway boxes instead. The service was really slow, although the kitchen seemed busy giving delivery drivers a lot of pizzas. The pizzas here are really average- I could name 5 other restaurants in Leam where you can get a much better pizza, and pizza express seems to be on the more expensive end too. We’ll keep looking for places to take the kids.

Never go there on a Friday night. Ordered a pizza, went to collect it, only to have the cook shouting "One hour! One hour! I don't care if it's a collection or delivery!" Left me waiting 25 mins with no pizza, no refund. The poor manager scrambled around trying to manage the situation but said because the meal was paid online, I had to wait 5 days for a refund from the head office. To this day I have not received it. I have also dined in on another occasion on a Friday night and the service has also fallen short. You just don't feel so welcome here especially when it's busy. What a shame. I like Pizza Express but would avoid this branch on a Friday or Saturday evening. Try 'We Love Pizza' instead, just down the road!

Loved the variety of dough balls especially the loaded pesto dough balls. Other items we loved were- lemon and herb chicken wings, veg Giardiniera with Jalapeno peppers. I would advise to book a table in advance during weekends and use the app to have discounts or free slides. They accept cash, card or pay by the app.

The best vegan pizza out there. They understood the assignment and put protein on a vegan pizza. You can also change the base sauce if you don't want tomatoes, which other places now refuse to do. Friendly service, good food. Our new favourite pizza.

Went in at 21hr20 to order a pizza for take away and was told very abruptly was closed when clearly marked as open until 22hr . Was only takeaway and still had customers in dinning room and the kitchen was actually in process of a making pizza. I will never be back .

Had a thin crust pizza and it was literally barely there! Thinnest pizza I ever did see! Taste was good (not great) but unfortunately it was cold so had to microwave

My son and I went into this pizza express to grab a quick bite. Upon entering the whole restaurant was pretty much empty apart from two tables. We were told by the lady manager that all the tables were fully booked and customers were going to be turning up in about 10 minutes (we were at the restaurant at about 4:52pm). We explained that were going to eat quickly but the lady tried to deter us from staying turning us away instead, insisting that the place was fully booked and that we could not eat in time before the customers that had made reservations turned up. Finally, she said that there was a 'table' that nobody wanted that we could sit on. We were very hungry and decided to stay and eat. We ordered our food ate, finished and paid and left at about 5:45pm and the place was still empty. Now I don't know what to call this!!!!! Very very very bad service and some sort of discrimination going on in that place! I would not recommend.

Well-placed branch of the chain restaurant on the main street in Leamington. It is pretty noisy inside with lots of hard surfaces, a high ceiling and music playing too. Two options were not available on the mains menu when we dined, and several of the dessert options had also run out too. Service was prompt and friendly. Gluten free pizza is not the best I've eaten, but also far from the worst.
