Absolutely awful place, you would think that with the ridiculous prices they charge you would get what you order but NO things missing, toppings missing, not once which you can forgive but evey time. I mean it's not rocket science it's making a pizza, children do this in primary school.
Ordered a pizza Saturday evening and have gotten severe food poisoning from it. Have narrowed down as I am the only one in the family that ate it the others ordered Chinese (wishing I did too). This has happened in this one before and stupidly I ordered it again. Never happened from the fletchamstead dominos though. Thinking maybe someone doesn't wash their hands properly in this one. Never again. Not bothering to call as they have the worst service ever.
Ordered gluten free pizza and pepperoni chips to be told they didn't have any chips but could give me wedges instead. This would have been fine if I wasnt allergic to gluten. I asked the members of staff if the wedges were gluten free to which they said multiple times yes they are 100%. I then scanned the allergy QR code. WEDGES ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! Disgusting
Friendly staff and great service, I haven't ordered before I arrived at the store, the staff were very helpful and patient while I decided what pizza to order, I found I could change the set menu to suit my needs. I didn't have to wait too long for my pizza to be made fresh. The store was very clean and tidy with a few seats waiting and a table to sit in. The pizza was delicious and fresh and the price was great value as we had a half a pizza each with our favourite toppings. Well done Dominos I look forward to ordering again.
The usual high quality food but a 15 minute wait for 1 pizza and a particularly unhelpful staff member who wouldn't make a half and half pizza.

Ordered online 1 hour 10 food still not arrived called store they said the app wasn't accurate! Another 30 mins the driver called to say he couldn't find us. When he did the food was cold. Not impressed
This has to be the worst run business I’ve experienced. Ordered a Pizza on a Friday afternoon as a treat for Grand children. Once ordered the app told me it was still in preparation after 1 hour. I called the Balsall Common store to be told it won’t be with me for another 40/50 mins. Needless to say I cancelled the pizza and won’t be buying from there again. The fact that they only have one person working on a Friday is ridiculous. I should have known after receiving cold damaged food from there before. Back to Pizza Hut.
Very disappointing. Ordered several times now and found the pizza’s to be lacking in sauce, lacking in cheese and also lacking in toppings! Sweetcorn and red onion is hardly an expensive topping to skimp on either. Result, tasteless and bland.
