I’ve been ordering from this place for as long as I can remember — I still know their old landline number from when I used to ring it as a kid and I’m in my 40’s now! Delivery is always quick, and it’s always cheaper to order direct instead of using those third-party apps. The food’s always spot on, the service is great, and I’ve never had a problem
I've recently moved too guisley and have ordered a few times from this place. The pizzas are out of this world. Toppings are generous and clearly fresh. Always piping hot on delivery and arrive before estimated time. My partner has gluten intolerance and shes had no problems atall eating there gluten free products. Highly recommend.

Their first reply to my 1 star (without text) said, "1 star review at 5am, little tip, drunken review never a good idea". After they said that, I wrote a full commentary. Since then the owner has replied with more atittude. Please see below) ... I left you a 1 star review (initially without this commentary) because I saw your attitude in response to everyone else and did not want to enter into a conflict with you. As you have responded to my 1 star review with a nasty comment, I shall now explain what it was for. And no, I was not drunk at 5am. I have been using your eatery since you opened. I grew up in Menston and now live in Guiseley. Even when I lived in Leeds, we would still visit the Guiseley branch for pizza. You have the best pizzas in town. This weekend we have a friend visiting from London and as we walked past this evening I convinced her that if she wants to get a snack, THIS is certainly the place. She ordered 2 starters and I ordered a pizza. As we were waiting I was telling her all about the Pizza House brand and how we've always eaten there, it's the best spot around and telling her about my favourite flavours of pizza. She gets her food but for my pizza we were waiting a little longer. And a little longer. And a little longer. And a little longer... Suddenly, with all our eyes on the kitchen, we watch the front-of-house find our ticket, grab it, exclaim, "who put that there" turn to look at us, and declare our order will take an extra few minutes. We both work in hospitality and know exactly what happened. My order had been forgotten. I'd been sat there waiting for nothing for 25 minutes. My friend had her food and had been waiting for me and my food to be ready to go home and eat together. So now her food was getting cold. Even though we were sat *inside the store*, we had been forgotten about. All the chat I gave to big up your brand absolutely flew out the window and I was entirely embarrassed. I opted to walk her home so she could at least eat the food she had bought 25 minutes ago, before returning for my pizza. It took them the same amount of time for me to walk home and back to cook my pizza. So 5 minutes. We really were sat there for a long time wasting life away whilst nobody was cooking my food when it could have been that quick. You'd like to know why it was at 5am? I am type 1 diabetic and there is a lot of carbohydrate in pizza as you can imagine. I take some insulin when I eat the pizza, then I set an alarm to take more insulin later. My alarm woke me up to do a blood test and take more insulin. So ofcourse I was reflecting the pizza I am doing this for. I suffered a sting last night from being forgotten about from my favourite pizza branch. It just is not good enough.
Ordered margarita pizza and chips for kids, asked for delivery at 6pm and was delivered at 5.45 cold and burnt. Called and were told they can offer a ‘replacement’ but have to collect the previous pizza. Rude on the phone and no compensation offered

Fast delivery, good food, order correct, friendly driver. Waaaaay better pizza than a certain famous delivery chain, and half the price.
Ordered 2 pizzas and chips Sunday the 6th march chips were stone cold and just mainly like hard ends of scraps of chips both pizzas just tasted really salty for some reason which we have never had before it laid heavy on me to which I was actually sick twice through the night so was very disappointed with what it cost to be throwing sum away
I ordered a pizza gave us the wrong food and didn't give us a refund we waited 3 hours it was a very long wait and food was ugly I advise you do not come here the service is really really bad so if you need some pizza go somewhere else
11/10 - Good customer service is when things are right every time. Excellent customer service is when mistakes (which do happen on occasion) are owned up to and rectified immediately. Slight issue with a pizza ingredient, spoke to the shop and a replacement pizza was despatched almost immediately. That’s how to keep customers!! Thanks very much. Cannot recommend this place enough. (And the pizzas were awesome as per usual!!)
