Best pizzas every! Dominos slaps everytime tandoori chicken is the best i have ever had! Service was good fast delivery and even when collecting staff are always friendly and fast.
Recently ordered for our local football club. Huge order that was delivered perfectly: fresh, hot, and everything correct and good quality. Particular shout outs to Tom and James who made the large pre-order and delivery process easy and all for a much appreciated, reasonable price. Both were very accommodating, polite and helpful. We will be back! Thank you.
The app said delivery would be within 24 minutes but I waited nearly an hour and half. I can appreciate that my order was a large order, but after an hour I rang to make inquiries on the delivery status to be told by who answered the phone, you will wait as long as your needed to wait. The food arrived luke warm and the cookies could have been used as a weapon they were that solid. I did ring to give feedback and I was told in a roundabout way “tough” and the phone was put down on me.
Terrible phone manner Stated they didn't care that our food was going to be an hour and a half, when online it said 30 minutes and said they didnt care that our autistic child was hungry. Refused to give a managers name as did the driver. Disgusting customer service.
Really poor establishment. I've ordered 3 times form this place and been left disappointed each time. First time I ordered a gluten free pizza and it arrived with them forgetting to cut the slices. The second time I ordered a pizza and a hot pocket thing. The hot pocket arrived as shown in the pictures, falling out of its wrapper. I had to throw it in the bin as the delivery driver had been handling bare handed. The 3rd time the pizza arrived stone cold. I only live down the road. Needless to say I won't be ordering from this embarrassment of a franchise again

Every time weve ordered a pizza its come without the sauce we asked for. Not the cheapest place but no quality service. Very disappointing .
Celiac people watch out! First of all: Lovely pizzas right up to domino's standards and fast delivery. But had some major problems about gluten free pizza. 3 out of the 4 small pizza we ordered were gluten free as we had strongly celiac people in our group. But all 4 pizzas had the GF sticker on it. So we thought we are clever and check the stickers behind for the regular and gf pizzas. Turns out that one of the marked normal Peperoni were a gluten free and a marked gluten free a normal one. Luckily one of the celiac persons ordered from dominos before and knew that the GF pizza base are never cut! Sorry but that's just a no go. A customer could have seriously been harmed just because some pizza chefs decided to be sloppy about putting the correct stickers on the pizza..
Opted for the £5.99 deal order online only. Not great to be honest. Barely any cheese, (not stringy mozzarella anyway) crust and base overcooked. Looked and tasted like it had been sat there for a while. Would be very disappointed if paid full price, but hey what you expect for £5.99.
