   Don’t bother! Food sub standard, order was wrong not what we asked for and didn’t realise until we got home, staff extremely rude about rectifying they simply put the phone down on me. Never been in before and won’t be going in again. Unbelievable how some places run a business

   Walked in for a collection and not only did 2 donner meat and chips with a potion of onion Bajis which was stone cold come to £13. I literally feel like I’ve been battered this morning. Throwing up and sat on the toilet if not. Shame it’s my new local. Never again.

   Terrible service. We have used this place so many times and never had a problem...until tonight. Placed a simple order of 2 donner kebabs and when it arrived we got donner meat with chips. I rung them up to explain the mistake and to my surprise I got a lot of back chat saying I ordered it wrong and he just kept saying that over and over and didn't care less. Disgusting customer service. We know what we ordered and it was clear and simple. Learn some customer service skills.

   Tried this place for the first time following demise of my local - Anmol. Was not dissappointed. Margherita Pizza was fresh, cheese plentiful good quality golden browned, tomato base was sweet and tangy, the thin base was good maybe needed a little longer but crust had a nice crisp. I dont normally get burgers as I dont think takeaways do them good but this quarter pounder was of good quality, not overly processed and had a nice char to it, seeded bun nice and soft. Fries were great. Will definitely consider ordering again. Delivery was 15 minutes early and delivery driver friendly.

   I've ordered here before and not recieved the correct size etc. Gave them another chance tonight as they are local. Sadly it didn't work out, the 12 inch deep pan ordered was 10inch and not a deep pan. Rang to advise of the issue in a friendly manner, told to go elsewhere if I don't like it. Didn't realise business was so booming in Bingley.Average pizza in any case. No apology or mention of the extra £1:20 paid for a 12 inch deep pan.

   My deep pan and thin crust were the same thickness. So there's that to kick off with. Both meant to be 12", but when I measured (could tell by sight they were tiny, so whipped out a tape measure) they were 10"? That's a lot, relatively speaking. Called to let them know and got shouted at - the guy eventually shouted at me that he's bringing me another (free) pizza. I didn't want another pizza. I wanted what I ordered, correctly, first time. Anyway, second pizza arrived - gave it to work colleagues (obviously not going near it myself; thought it should be fine so I didn't feel too bad); gritty and crunchy apparently. So yeah, that dough has been on the floor. Obviously. I've had bad food from here more than, well, a few times. Should learn my lesson really. Anyway. My honest review. Good luck.
