Yesterday bought halibut fish. After dinner everybody who ate it had food poisoning. All night vormiting. Looks like it was not fresh at all. My family had food poisoning 100% after eating this fish. It was properly cooked ( I am regularly cooking fish and know how to do it). It was cooked straight after purchase. You sold me bad fish.
The guys here are absolutely amazing, popped in a few weeks back to inquire about a live crab within 2 weeks they had called me with the exact size and the price of said crab was the cheapest I’ve seen so far by far the best fish shop in Leamington spa and surrounding areas

Popped in the other day to treat myself. A nice traditional fishmongers with friendly staff. The fish pie mix is particularly good value as it's always got a nice selection of fish on it, a firm family favourite.
The guys in here are really fun and provide great customer service. Massive variety of fresh fish and they are happy to prepare it however you need it.
Very good selection of fish in a very convenient location with good parking nearby every time we've gone (usually Tuesday mornings). We usually buy their wild sea bass, which is always fresh and generally excellent. All other fish we have bought have also been a good standard and I would totally recommend them. Today, we made a noodle out of a dressed crab. This was picked and presented perfectly. Top marks there. Now, I apologise in advance for nitpicking, but there are a few things they could improve on. Nothing large enough to detract from the fact they are by far one of the best ways to get fish on the dinner table in the entire area surrounding Leamington. I often need to finish off a bit of cleaning on the scales etc. which could be avoided with a bit more care when descaling, especially when the shop isn't busy, but I'll admit that they do better than most fishmongers I've bought from. This is also only applicable to when we buy fish whole, their fillets are immaculate. Would be nice if the staff was a bit friendlier when answering questions about different types of fish and recommendations, but they are generally helpful and help you get things done.
Lovely little fishmonger selling superb quality fish. I have never been disappointed. Whatever I eat from here, I always want to eat it again, it tastes so good. I highly recommend this little shop. The staff always make you feel welcome and are friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Try it, you wont be disappointed.
