   We ordered a pizza 2hrs before arrival time. We had to contact Caldo as our pizza had not arrived 30mins after delivery time. Clados informed us they were busy. We stated we had ordered early to get the pizza timely. They said they would deliver and refund us £8. However they did deliver and tried to charge us for the pizza. No refund given. The pizza itself was fine but not hot enough.

   Always really late bringing the food. Second time we order and 1 hour late. We called the place, the owner said they were on their way. We waited another half hour and then the driver rung us to say he is setting off now and where is the address. Clearly just made the pizza when we called to ask where was the order.

   Used to go often but not again. Usially get chi ken kebab but ordered burger and chips, that I have also had a number of times. The burgers were thicker and very greasy, leaving burger bu.n soggy and collapsing. Horrible fatty taste that stayed in my mouth and made me feel nauseous. Looks like change of management, a while since Ive been. Would have taken it back but drove home and could not be bothered taking back. £9 and two bites and in the bin. Also wanted cash or bank transfer which you used to be able to do on card or phone, ????why

   UPDATE: Tried again but disappointed. Took an hour from original delivery slot, rang up the takeaway and the said it would be 5 mins away, waited another ten minutes got told it was 5 minutes away and they would speak to the driver. Another 10 minutes passes by and the pizzas turned up like warm with the delivery driver blaming the restaurant for taking the mick. Pretty poor really. Ordered a 12inch meat feast via an app and what turned up was a 12inch cold pepperoni pizza which was 15minutes late from what the app said. When I noticed the app about the delivery they then updated the time. Rang them up and they would say the boss was on with it but it’s been half an hour and still not heard anything. Won’t be using these again.

   I LOVE this place the pizzas are amazing and the special kabab is brilliant too I also love the special burger I can't recommend this place highly enough it's my favourite hangover food and I've always found delivery is early too

   Food was below average and bland - I'm a big fan of dips but the garlic mayo from here had the consistency of water. We asked for a 'few dips' to be thrown in with the order (which was a large order) and they had the cheek to lump an extra £7 just for these dips! Rung up to speak to them over food quality, the girl that initially answered was disinterested and rude, and the manager even worse. He seems to think he runs the best takeaway in the country but if you look at many of the poor reviews on here r.e food quality and customer service, you'll realise this isn't the case!

   Asked 3 times for garlic sauce separate from the kebab, didn't get any. Not sure how many times you have to ask and put the same words in a different order to be understood, but basically ignored when busy. I won't be going here again, yet kicking chicken up the road, they listen to what you ask and you get what you've ordered.
