   Ordered a half and half pizza with bbq base. The sauce was all at the edges of the pizza for some reason so you had way to much sauce at the crust. The pepperoni side was fine but the Americano side came with random CHIPS on it and one slice was covered in pepper seasoning. I have no idea what that side was trying to be as it wasn't Americano! Probably wouldn't order from this store again. Definitely had better dominos

   Ordered delivery at 22:40 from the app and left instructions including to ring on arrival. No phone call, No delivery and No response from the store in attempting to ask what has happened. Will be expecting compensation AND a refund otherwise this review stays 1 star.

   Woman working behind counter was amazing with customer service and treat us well. She deserves a raise for sure. Amazing pizza, PERFECTLY cooked. Went the extra mile to make us enjoy our visit! Will come again and recommend to friends, hopefully she’s working when we come!

   So the last time I ordered Domino's from Bingley, they were without a doubt the worst pizzas we had ever eaten. Absolute undercooked slop. The base reminded me of a tear and share brioiche it was that undercooked and the topping was nothing but a mixture of grease and cold stale meat. Both my wife and I felt absolutely sick to our stomachs after forcing a few slices down just to try and fill a hole. It's been a few months since then, we figured we'd let bygones by bygones and tried it instead, from Keighley Dominos. Worst decision we've made since ordering the last one. Undercooked raw tomato-pasted slop, once again. Never in my life will I ever order a Domino's again - either supervisors aren't taking their eyeballs off of social media on their phones and letting people walk in off the street to make the pizzas or staff are being trained by home-made YouTube tutorials. There is NO love in Dominos pizzas anymore. Honestly, ignore all the other reviews, save your money and order some good old fashioned Italian pizza from a proper Pizzeria.

   A lot of staff stand around , I was waiting 15 mins and ordered online whilst at the counter , and only then they got the order . I am a customer just the same as someone on the phone , so why do phone call customers take priority when you ignored people stood at the counter waiting to place and order ? Apart from that the food was as good as they make them and all clean inside etc

   Pizzas used to be nice from here, but last 2 orders were very poor. Lack of cheese, not cooked fully, not cut fully. The bases look different and look smaller. Driver always friendly and called to complain, person on phone polite and offered to make it up in some way on next order. I think 2 bad orders doesn’t sound good so will try elsewhere next time.

   Ordered 2 pizzas Veg hot and a simple Margherita both of them as you can see there was a drought of cheese on them and tasted dried up like a biscuit. I forgot to take pictures of the nachos that were burnt and tadted like smoke. Rang back in store and told them so and they put the phone down, kept ringing for over 20 mins and they would not answer. Rang off a different number answered straight away, they finally decided to replace my order only to arrive 2 hours later. Absolutely disgracefull and dreadfull service and food. Would never use this dominoes again and definitely would not reccomend to anyone !
