   Ordered online for delivery via the app. Despite an expected wait of 30 minutes, it took 90 minutes. The food received was cold and unsatisfactory. The ‘loaded’ pepperoni pizza we ordered was barely loaded and wasn’t even cut! The garlic bread looked like a couple of slices of baguette with garlic butter smeared on it and not toasted!

   Even though my order was late, i am still giving 5 star for amazingly friendly and thoughtful customer service! I ordered a medium pizza and cookie dough for delivery and although there was a problem with the delivery driver, pizza hut kept me as updated as possible along the way, and made sure my pizza still arrived despite the miscommunication from the deliveroo drivers and it being past their closing time. Also, as the order was late they re made the pizza as a large one and the cookie dough so that it was fresh and hot and deliciously melted when it arrived! I also received the original pizza and cookie dough aswell as the freshly baked ones!

   Even the dog wasn't interested in scraps all you could taste was uncooked dough binned most of it, it was hot, delivered promptly etc but did not taste nice no dips given like dominoes..... you just wouldn't again no chance

   We would like a full refund for our delayed delivery time of 2.30 hours. And so wrong We are trying to ring the hut 9 times asking for where our foods order and checking if there any problems . Would be nice if we are got responsibility for the customers service and pay attention to the right address and the food orders before delivery to us . The foods was delayed when we are have the foods from the driver. It’s not our food so we are told the driver there is not our order as not even our address. His back to the car open another bag and told us just choose which one we are like to take . There are not our orders and not our name .so after that disappointed the driver told us just take the foods . Otherwise nothing his can’t do as his not work for the Pizza Hut!!!! . We took the food and decided to take back to the hut by our own car for a refund and talks to the manager . Which is his doesn’t seem care at all where our food!!! Then we are shown of our orders they’re been left on the shelf without his aware and also have missing chicken wings !!! Don’t really know how’s long the foods been left with out delivery and attention as food get cold.It’s just ridiculous of the attitude his can’t give us a refund as his said we are ordering via website got to Email and waiting for the problems resolve from pizza customer service.!!!! It’s just very frustrating and not much choices for us and left us very hungry !!!!

   Ordered a pizza and sides for my birthday. Delivered within a timely manner. Food was warm but could of been a little warmer - however this could of been due to my location from where I ordered (around 4 miles)

   Order took an hour to arrive. Luckily pizza was hot. Gave an extra star as was compensated for the delay with a drink. No one should have to wait an hour for a pizza though. Poorly organised by the sounds of things.

   The order was hot but so poorly thrown together. Hardly half of each slice has sauce, cheese and toppings on. Seriously disappointed. The staff on the phone were understanding and agreed to send out a replacement with no fuss, I'm just shocked that the first pizza even got sent

   Arrived nearly 50-60 minutes late. Had to phoned 5 times before I could get through to anyone to be told the food was packaged ready to go but they had no drivers and were too busy. Whilst I appreciate this is out of their control to continue taking orders or having short estimated times is well within their control. Food arrived luke warm as it had been sat for 50 or so minutes. Waste of money.

   Ordered 2 pizzas one was okay the other one was burnt rock hard and there was barly any toppings it's a meat feast! I ve seen more meat on my daughter's sparrow ankles!!! Not happy at all
