Poor service. Rejected on baseless reasons after being a loyal customer. Don't recommend they have no care for loyal users. A real shame as the staff I spoke to were lovely.

AVOID…. Gave all my details and was told I was approved and that the manager just needed to sign the contract and money would be released! That was two days ago. I can’t get hold of them they have all my bank details and set up a direct debit to make re payments. Wish I had come here to check reviews before hand. Do not use this lender as it’s caused me nothing but stress!
Staff was very nice. Why I have given them a low score is because of the time being wasted. Filled out all the information online. Said I was approved as I needed to get my car fix in a pickle. Was then told to come in to give ID and sign contract not only to come in and be told that couldn’t give loan because of expensive on bank statement which should have been checked prior instead of lying and wasting people time wouldn’t recommend.
After all the reviews saying that they consider people usually with poor credit score- I was told my credit score was too low? After checking Experian I’m definitely not too low. Strange
