Applied for a loan over 2 weeks ago, and still waiting for a decision, says you'll have a decision within a couple of hours, when you ring up to get an update all they say is you're be emailed not very much help at all. Absolute joke.
I have given them one star because there is no option to give none. They advertise a quick turnaround. This is a lie. Firstly, they take no action at all until you ring up and complain. Then begins the drip feed. They need this document. You send it in. Nothing happens. You ring up again. They need another document. You send it in. Nothing happens. You ring up again. On and on and on it goes. Avoid them like the plague.
I have a vulnerable family member who had a loan with this company. They agreed he could make reduced payments for a while and confirmed that these payments wouldn’t go down as missed payments. After the loan had been closed he looked on his credit score to find that they had put all the reduced payments down as missed. When I rang up on his behalf to discuss this they said that no conversed ever taken place about reduced payments. Companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
Scam, dont use this company. Borrowed £300 then wanted over £1300 back. Paid it back same day, they didnt accept it. Tried to get me a ccj and lost lol. Still trying it on 3 years later.
WHATEVER YOU DO. Do NOT get a loan from these frauds. I had an existing loan with these guys and then done a quote for a ‘top up’ loan. What they don’t tell you is that the existing loan gets paid off and the new one starts. I did not accept the top up loan. Yet the funds were sent to me. The top up loan was £1350 yet I received £1000 and the woman on the phone could not tell me why. I sent the money back the same day I received it. I then made a further payment to bring the balance down to £290 from £1350. I asked for a small extension for a few days to pay off the £290. Yet they refused and are now charging me the ‘full balance of £3900!!!! I tried to contact them multiple times and they were absolutely useless!! I requested they take it to court etc and they point blank refused. They have since passed it onto a debt collector. They refused to offer any help at all. The customer service is absolutely shocking. They are absolute frauds. DO NOT put yourself through it. They’re an absolute scam. They know they’re in the wrong and all they care about is money. They will soon be hearing from the court as they are corrupt. They desperately need to be investigated by the FCA.
Absolutely shocking company and service is even worse can never take a payment directly even though it’s setup and have to ring and wait on hold for over an hour every single time. if I could I would tell everyone to never use them as it’s more expensive and time consuming then any loan company I have used
Useless. Contacted 4 times through the contact form and 3 emails in the last 2 weeks and not a single response. Quick to take and threaten if you’re 2 minutes late on a payment. Ignore you when you’re trying to resolve an issue. Avoid using these ever
Shame you can’t give 0 stars. Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Rang yesterday and was in the queue (position 22) for over an hour. Ended up leaving the call. Been sat in position 15 for the last half an hour today. They’re either lying and don’t want to answer these calls, which from the reviews wouldn’t be so far fetched, or they’re are a woefully inadequate business for their footfall which I imagine is a lot given the state of this country. They don’t care about people, they’re money grabbers! Sad because the people who use these services are obviously struggling already and you lot are making it worse. You should be ashamed of yourselves
I'd give less than one star if I could. Absolutely shocking company. So quick to contact you if you fall behind with a payment but if you have a genuine problem then they are nowhere to be found. Had to fill in updated income and outgoings due to now being unemployed and it took over 2 weeks for them to send the right link, and now another 2 weeks later still no contact and they've taken the same payment and left me with 30quid to last a month!! Avoid at all costs, they care nothing about people and circumstances changing, just about getting every penny they can!!
Avoid avoid rip off company do not get a loan from them. They do not do proper checks. Mo affordability checks. Absutely disgusting interest rates. This company should be shut down . Why has the foc allowed this company to have a licence to operate in uk. Foc seriously investigate this company asap
