They are excellent in thinking through with you what you can afford and how to work with your particular financial circumstances.    Mitul and Geeta are true professionals. They provided exceptional advice throughout my buy-to-let purchase and consistently delivered on everything they promised—often going above and beyond. As with many UK property transactions, the solicitor stage incurred some hurdles leading to significant delays. I didn’t have a “tried and tested” solicitor so Mitul suggested a solicitor I could opt to use, and I’m so glad I chose them. His network is incredibly strong, and he used those connections to keep my case moving when things slowed down. Usually mortgage brokers have little to no involvement in the legal stage of the process but Mitul ensures that he will do everything in his power to get his clients over line - even following up with solicitors on my behalf and escalating within his network where possible. Mitul is also very well connected with the lender I used. Thanks to that relationship, he was able to speed up their usual two-day response time. On several occasions, he secured management decisions and responses for me, within a single day—if not the same day. I couldn’t recommend Lemon Tree Financial highly enough. If you want a brokerage that is proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your outcome, look no further.

   Mitul and Geeta have been amazing through what felt like a complicated house purchase with some very impatient sellers on the other end of our transaction. Mitul found us a very competitive mortgage from the outset which was approved in record time (24 hours!), thanks to how thorough Mitul’s own checks are. Through our process we had a few ups and downs with the sellers. Mitul and Geeta’s advice and quick turnaround to the changing conditions is probably unmatched anywhere else.    The service you receive at Lemontree is so much more than your average broker. Mitul is a true partner who cares deeply about his clients, understands their challenges and shows creativity and insight to help them achieve their aims. He also has exceptional knowledge and has close relationships with lenders which help to get that little bit of leniency and understanding that you need sometimes as an investor. I wish there were 6 stars because a 5* score doesn't do justice to the level of service we received. We had a very big problem which could have seen us lose 3 properties and we'd tried several brokers to see if they could get finance to no avail. Not only did Mitul manage to the finance for all 3, he worked tirelessly to drive through the conveyancing and help us overcome many obstacles. Thanks a million!
