The fees they charge to loan against jewellery have gone out of control, i will no longer be their customer as there are much more reasonable establishments in areas like Hatton Gardens. Whilst the staff are nice, it does not justify the crazy price hikes. Not recommended.
I went to change up some money to US dollars over the weekend. Quick and friendly service. I was served by a Thida & Alina. As the place is local, I will be visiting again.
I was served by Thida and Alina in the Borenhamwood branch, as it was a first time experience selling my jewelry it was very easy and the girls were amazing! Also very child friendly and accommodating to us. My daughter was very impressed by her balloon gift :) I also unexpectedly bought a bracelet for my daughter which Im super happy with. Would definitely go there for any further sales and purchases. Overall brilliant customer service!!!!!

Amazing shop with amazing staff.The manager is super funny . Always smiling and willing to help everyone even if you don't transact . The store in clean and tidy and they offering plenty of services like Retail, Western and many others . I totally recommend. Amazing experience
