   I was one of the harmful people who were surveyed and signed up about bringing the credit union to our Borough, but the attitude towards me is nothing to write home about. The staff are unprofessional and rude towards me for some unknown reason to me. I have never being a criminal and will never be one. I have regular savings standing order in my savings account which i not use regularly due to their attitude. I only made one small loan application many years ago which went unanswered for sometime, until i visited the branch to enquire about my application, only to told then , that it rejected after waiting for so long. Their rejection was with unprofessional attitude. It is disappointing that what i encouraged to bring to my local people, is staffed by unprofessional.

   beyond unprofessional, took 2 weeks to come back to me regarding a membership account, no staff is ever there to answer calls, website is never working. would NOT recommend to my worst enemy

   Been with this credit union for around 8/9 years now, very reliable have been declined once for a loan in this time but every other time I’ve been approved! They may take a while to get back too as they have become very popular since they 1st opened and obviously have more clientele. Very helpful staff always nice and friendly. Would highly recommend

   I have been a long distance member for some time now and I can't begin to tell anyone that is eligible to become a member that "you will not want to bank and save with anyone else " . After finding London plus credit union, via my housing association Genesis, my whole way of saving and borrowing has been made so much more a personal experience with the extremely friendly and in my opinion helpful staff.    Have been with credit union for over 10 years now. Best thing I have ever done and have never had any sort of problem. I have managed to build my credit rating up and save a lot of money at the same time. The team are great, very friendly and are always there to help with any questions you have. I would definitely recommend using.

   London plus credit union have been such an amazing and reliable organisation to have signed up with. The organisation have made it so easy to apply for a loan and made me feel I can trust them. The staff are always so professional and friendly and I feel like they know me personally whenever I call. I have been signed up with them a while now and I have never had any issues or problems and they have also helped me to save which was always a challenge for me in the past. I am so happy that I am apart of this service and grateful it is a service provided for the community that need it most.

   It's always been a pleasure talking to the staff here and they've been absolutely brilliant withe helping you if there's a problem . But it is difficult to talk to some one as the phones are so busy But understandably so .
