I had the Tiffany 18ct valued at h&t Prawnbrokers.the staff Put it in their computer and came up with the offer of Β£55.00 this colour F authentic. I declined.

Hopeless to expect good service here as you can'ot trust being given an honest fair price. I did not know value of gold sovereign and was given Β£240. Having dealt with them some time b4 thought would get honest deal. Later learnt should have been given well over 400. Having given an honest review of the situation their HQ got back to me asking for details and I submitted full details yet they asked again for full details and this appears to be the sum total of their customer relations - let them keep asking and hopefully they will go away. They claim to resolve the matter in 8 weeks. Why should it take 8 weeks when they dealing with a customer they clearly have obtained the sovereign by deception, as you cannot tell me the assistants did not know the resale of that coin, though I as a 78 yr old veteran did not! Unless I have satisfaction and soon, I shall continue with this war against being tricked. You have been advised you may well be deceived by this company when selling them anything to them or dealing with them at all!

H&T are useless can get the help you need. Been a customer for over 30 years at the Tooting branch and yet the staff in head office, the stores and area manager do nothing to help you. None of them are customer friendly. Also managers should not leave other staff in charge who canβt do nothing to help you. They are not bothered only to make money from you or watch you lose your jewellery. As for the CEO stop sitting at the top doing nothing help you customers.

To whom it may concern Afew years back i used your king street Hammersmith store where my items were STOLEN BY DANIEL WHO APPARENTLY WAS THE MANAGER I WASN'T COMPENSATED or no appollergie i think a crime was committed but jewellery was never returned ive spoken to a friend of mine who is a solicitor and who said I'm more than entitled to compensation could you respond to my concern

Called in advance to cash a cheque, with relevant I'd and travelled 8miles to get there to find out sorry we can't cash your cheque today, called in advance and got told yes get to store told no disgraceful to say the least and a wasted journey
