   Had a really lovely meal at the Devonshire arms. The food was fresh, tasty and great value — generous portions and everything came out hot and well presented. Big shout-out to our waitress Wibbs, who was brilliant: friendly, attentive without hovering, and really helpful with recommendations. She kept an eye on our table, checked in at the right times and made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming. Great atmosphere, great service, and we’ll definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Called in on the off chance there would be a table available on a Saturday afternoon, there was. We had won a voucher in a raffle and thought it was time to use it. We were not disappointed the staff were friendly and Kiera made sure we had everything we needed. Our 2 year old was asleep so they offered to box up his food for us to take home including his pudding. We really enjoyed our meal we had the curry feast and it was lovely, our 6 year old had the chicken dippers fries and corn and enjoyed all of it. He would really recommend the build your own sundae as a pudding.

   Went in on a Saturday afternoon, not too many people in but they had football on the tv and the bar staff was friendly so we ordered an all day breakfast 1 classic and 1 large. The food looked fantastic and was hot and well cooked with plenty on the plate ( compliments to the chef ). We will definitely be coming back here to eat again. Thank you for a great couple of hours.

   I needed to find where I had to register my number plate . A very helpful member of staff showed me where and told me to take my time as it would be ok. Waitress was helpful too. The only problem we had was with the app as it wouldn't let me put the expiry date so we had to order at the bar. Otherwise the food was nicely presented and very tasty. I would definitely go again

   Decent food for the price to be fair but this pub could do with a bit of tlc and a good clean down. We tried three tables and all were sticky and covered with debris from previous customers food. I had a burger which while a little dry was quite tasty, cheap and cheerful on a plate.

   Food is pretty good for the price but avoid the onion rings as they're just the cheap sort from a supermarket. The atmosphere is usually calm when the local council estate tenants aren't about. Downside is having to take off your cap which is nonsense, they need to accept younger people wear them. One last thing is the children's chair tables don't seem to get cleaned. Expect to see bits of the previous child's meal on them.

   We had our first meal here last night, a busy Friday night. We ordered the nachos sharer as our starter and wasn't impressed with these, they were soft, stale and lacked flavour. Presentation was good though but for the cost they were poor value. Our main meals was a surf and turf and garlic prawns, these were much better, if I could fault the prawns I think there was too many but I love prawns. The steak was just the right size and cooked perfectly. The new menu is refreshing and I will definitely eat here again, normally I come here on a Saturday evening for the music as the pub itself is the best one locally.
