The best food out there, the karahi is 10/10, its not like the rest that give you bhuna with extra ginger, brother... families come here, fix up! Your making enough money, get more tables, better staff and clean up properly, fix the floor up its hardly much were asking for!

Good taste of food. Been there several times with friends and family. My friend liked the chicken charsi Karahi so much, every time he comes to Coventry, we visit Pamir. Lamb. Hops, Mixed grill/kebab platter also tasty.

I visited Pamir Restaurant and was really impressed. The food was rich in flavour and felt genuinely authentic β the mixed grills and curries stood out, and portions were generous. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was fairly quick even though the place was busy. The atmosphere felt warm and relaxed β good for a meal with friends or family. Overall, itβs a top choice for anyone looking for tasty Afghan/Pakistani-style food in Coventry.

Lovely authentic food, reasonably priced and very tasty. Takes up to an hour for fresh karahi to be made. Big portions and enough for all. Great service from usman. They have an area for prayers too. (but please try and maintain the cleanliness of toilets looks bad on your restaurant!)

Afghani Lamb Karahi and Chicken Shish For starters ordered Chicken Shish Lean chunks of chicken breast skewered and grilled over charcoal. Meat was so tender, juicy and succulent, very flavorful, marinated and grilled to perfection. Afghani Lamb Karahi (curry) for mains took forever to be made, was initially told it would take roughly 40 minutes as always made fresh once you order but honestly could say it arrived atleast an hour after ordered. The Karahi itself was very tasty but the biggest disappointment was it had way 2 much fat and bones. After fighting your way through the fat and bones to get to the meat you are left with less than half the quantity of meat from what you originally ordered. CASH ONLY aswell which is disappointing in this day and age.

Would have given this 4 stars but the second visit brought it down. The food is all fresh. The mix grills and shish are cooked well, tender and flavourful. Worth getting, as is the pilau. The chicken karahi was full of shards of small bones; stick with the lamb. The place is an absolute tip though, can't even step foot in the toilets without wanting to take a shower afterwards. Service is okay. Parking available at the back.

Came here with 9 friends (Bengali, Pakistani, Memoni mix). We had The Kabuli Pilau, Mixed Grill, Chapli Kebab - and it was all on point! Afghan food is lovely. Flavours, quality, taste and thoroughly satisfying. No exaggeration. And the tea was bloomin' gorgeous too to end the meal. I didn't take my usual good quality photos cuz I was marving! Seating is very good at the restaurant. Service is good. There are toilets. Good decor. No silly music playing so you can enjoy spending time speaking to those in your company.
