   Having seen a couple of nice reviews decided to give Esis a try for breakfast. Well the restaurant decor is really lovely and very comfortable. Contrary to a previous review I thought the quality was tip top. Great ingredients, well cooked and very nicely presented. Service was efficient and friendly and I even had a cheeky pint. I think Esis might well be our eat-in breakfast spot of choice! Mick & Sarah

   We went for breakfast after hearing that the management and service has improved. It’s always been great food here but in the past the service has put us off returning. The breakfasts were lovely. I had a “traditional” Greek breakfast and my partner had a full English. For the price you really can’t knock the food. It’s not top quality but it is cheap, well cooked, arrived promptly. The ice coffee in a pint glass was interesting but the taste was great. Atmosphere was lacking as it was quiet when we went. Interestingly they played Spanish music.

I tried kebab platter, and it was absolutely delicious—juicy ground beef and perfectly spiced chicken, grilled alongside zucchini, red peppers, and eggplant, all served over fresh lettuce and fragrant saffron rice. The flavors were authentic and rich, and you could tell that every detail was carefully considered. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes every visit feel special, almost like a family gathering or a celebration. But what truly sets Esis apart is its golden saffron rice—the kind of delicate, flavorful touch that brings everything together and leaves a lasting impression.

   Fantastic addition to the Farsley food scene! Love the new decor and outside deck The gyros is fabulous and fantastic tzatziki, as good as you’d get in Greece Friendly service and love that they have Amity beer on draft, supporting another local business

   Best gyros I’ve eaten outside of the Greek Islands. We’ve had takeaway from here many times and eaten in twice. Food is always amazing quality and great portion sizes. Service is very friendly when eating in the restaurant and everyone has been great with our 3 year old. It’s clearly a very family focused restaurant. We always order from here when people come to visit because the quality is so good. Could not recommend more.

   Food good decent portions but the place needs to sort out what it wants to be. Says restaurant and bar but playing slow jazz music is never going to create an atmosphere. Outside space needs decoration to make it attractive as a bar. In other words needs a bit of marketing to draw people in.

   Had a nice, reasonably priced meal for two. It was very quiet, the food was very good with generous portions, and staff were friendly and attentive. Large mixed starter, two mains and three beers was less than £50, with food leftover to take home.
