   Chips arrived uncooked. Literally soft but uncooked. Chicken (if you can call it that) is basically a ball of fat. Nothing else not to mention the fact its still pink. The "salt and pepper" chicken is infact nothing but chilli. The food had been left in the cardboard containers for that long it was wet. Called the takeaway to be told "yes that can happen" when i enquired about my frozen food... and told to comtavt justeat who tell you to contact the restaurant. So unless you fancy fatty frozen food with a side of food poisoning i"d probably avoid this place.. £40 in the bin...

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been ordering from Dragon’s Den for about 3 years now and honestly, the food is always amazing! The kids absolutely love it too. 9 times out of 10 our delivery comes before the estimated time, it’s usually super fast. The staff are always friendly when we pop in, and the drivers are great as well. If there’s ever a small issue, the lady at the shop sorts it straight away, no hassle. I’ve seen some of the bad reviews and honestly, people can be a bit dramatic. We’ve rarely had any problems in all the time we’ve been ordering. What really makes them stand out is how kind they are, when my husband was out of work, they still took our order and didn’t even charge us for the full amount. You don’t meet people like that often these days. Highly recommend Dragon’s Den, great food, lovely people, and always reliable! ❤️

   We love this place! The food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the people who run it are genuinely good and caring. They are truly the best! On the rare occasion that something is amiss, they handle it instantly and professionally, sorting it out asap. That's the sign of a great business

   Ordered for my sons birthday and the picture showed chicken separate to sweet and sour sauce but when arrived all mixed in. If you go onto the app the picture still clearly shows the product and the sauce separate with no comments about being mixed or separate and also within the info just says to call if you have allergies. I have taken a picture and a video - as the same product which shows and explains they are separate asks me if I want to order it again - so no mistakes were made on my end. If the sauce and the chicken is mixed - maybe you should amend the pictures accordingly. The picture in the review clearly shows what option was selected and it was the one without the sauce mixed in . The response to this review states that I should’ve picked the right option , why would you have the wrong picture and no wording on the food choice and then blame me for picking the wrong one - there was also no wording on the chicken I ordered and when I go back into the app to order again, it clearly states 'order again' with same picture and no wording. Reviews are not attack on businesses but outcomes of service and feedback. Why would somebody purposely attack you ? A review is your experience on a service. I’m sorry you’re not happy that you received a negative review but unfortunately, everyone reviews honestly . Unfortunately your reviews speak volumes and if you had reached out and resolved matters this could have been resolved and I could have amended the review however you are blaming the customer when its the business who have made the mistake. To be honest I shouldn't have checked your reviews before ordering. Live and Learn. Professionally you should not be responding in this manner but trying to ascertain what the issue is. You haven’t tried to reach out to me despite me putting in a complaint with the food delivery company and then post updating of my review you then add an email address? The food was not very warm and we felt a ill after. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and will never be ordering from here again. Not just for the food but for the accusation. I have ample evidence to show there is nothing to say the sauce is mixed and if you were a 'reputable' business you would have dealt with it professionally as opposed to the manner in which you have dealt with it. Feedback is not failure. I know its not a nice feeling being in the wrong but as a business you should be a bigger person and accept your errors instead of wanting to keep going back and forth. For content - this review and response keeps getting updated by me and the take away.

   I have ordered from Dragon's Den a number of times and I have never had an issue. We usually collect but sometimes get delivery and the timing has always been quick. I am surprised at some of the reviews as the food we have always had has been superb and never a missing item!

   Just ordered food tonight from this take away. We are all vomiting within 1 hour of eating! Have phoned the take away to inform them and they have said the food was fresh and no manager available to solve our issue. Told us to ring Just Eat. Reported to food standards agency.

   Portion size and delivery time was fine but the food is so bland, no flavour what so ever. Salt and pepper has ZERO salt and pepper. Taste so bad it made me nauseous. I do not recommend. If you are craving Chinese try somewhere else

   Ordered from here few times as there are good vegan options for hubby. Won't be ordering from here again. All the meals I've had have been either disappointing or inedible. The Thai dishes are not like anything you find in Thailand, all heat and no flavour. Very poor

   1st time ordering here, no regrets! I absolutely loved it. Order came early which was a nice touch. Great prices. And great size portions. Most importantly was very tasty and more then enough food I will definitely make this my first choice for Chinese food from now onwards. Thanks again. :)
