Didn't see anything I liked. To be fair, though, what's on could have been good, but I eat first with my eyes.

This place is one of the worst I have ever been to. Awful service, staff were rude, grimy and horrible atmosphere. Had to walk out. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Visit this place if you need a good shisha with decent Albanian & Turkish music around Coventry, Shisha priced at 10 - 15 pounds, its a good deal for decent get together with your mates!

The restaurant section seems to be closed now. I have been to Aladdin a few times over the years and my latest experience just re-enforced why I haven't been more regularly. Management has changed recently so I thought I'd give this place another chance. The Shisha is hands down the worst I have ever tried; I know my Shisha and these flavours are fake (despite their increase in price). They also cross contaminate the pipes with different flavours; any reputable Shisha cafe would label which pipes are for which flavours so as not to taint the taste. It is slightly disconcerting when you smoke what you believe to be double apple, yet taste water melon. I also ordered a small pot of mint tea, this was £5 which is extortionate for Hillfields and Coventry in general. I politely queried this with the manager after paying and he dismissively replied, 'what shall I do?'. I responded quite simply, 'you could charge a lower price', you'd have more custom for starters I thought (it's really not that difficult). The customer service disappointingly also matched the standard of the Shisha. The music was very loud making it difficult to converse. Cutting our losses myself and my wife walked out after 15 minutes, I dread to think what I smoked into my lungs. This was a Saturday evening on the eve of a second lockdown so I expected it to be extremely busy. It was completely empty, this is a real shame as the property and location have so much potential. It is very spacious unlike other cafes. This will be my final visit.

Delicious clean food. Very reasonable pricing. Generous portions. Complimentary soup and bread always. Once booked for a birthday. About 15 people. Only cost me around £75. Really worth the money

I havent been to this restraunt/shisha bar but i have heard their music from my house and its flipping disgusting at early hours of the morning, their music is that loud its like their in ur front room. Specially if u have young or new born children and you and they are trying to sleep. Fair enough they would like music in the background but turn the flipping thing down and close the windows or close the windows and have it at a normal volume instead of keeping everyone who lives around the restraunt/shisha bar awake. Im not happy at all its a disgrace.
