I seen the owner do a very dirty and disgusting thing he was taken steak of the grill and fell on the floor he picked it up put it bk on to someone order when I ask him what u doing he goes I wash the floor every day avoid every one trust me his dirty little man
I had a hair in my burger! And the guy i spoke to called Mohammed literally told me on the phone that he doesn’t care if hygiene standards aren’t met! He was plain rude and not bothered in the slightest. If anything he thought compensation for this failure was for ME to come collect another burger! Shocking and zero customer service skills from Mohammed. The main manager is a lovely man and I’m honestly shocked at how poor mohammed was.
Very underrated spot, burger is made fresh. Chips are nicely made. They have other options which are also nice as well. Chicken steak burger with the chili sauce just hits on another level. Highly recommend

I love their chicken steak burgers yes the pieces of steak are a bit on the thin side but put all together with salad sauces & chips it's perfect! Delish!
