   I have to said that they was so correct and helpful, it's was my first time asking for a loan I didn't know what I had to do , so they so kindly explain step by spet and the make it so easy for , actually when we finish I said to the, ok so I will receive the money in a couple of weeks or moths? And they told me, no my dear as late tomorrow will be in your bank account, couldn't believe but just like that .    The service is excellent. The staff are really good in communication, they called me from time to time, even when I was running late for the appointment, they called me to ask of my whereabout, I was surprised that I could get a loan so easy and so fast. The staff responded very well to all my questions and complaints. You guys are very good and really helped me.

   DONT DO IT - AVOID!! I personally would never take a loan from EDL EVER again & would advise all to think carefully before doing so and if you decide to please read their t&cs VERY carefully. They are more like a loan shark and if you have missed a payment they will send staff to your home address ( yes this is true) Some staff there have shocking customer service and again if you have missed a payment for any reason they will call you non stop, with non stop voicemessages and letters - some staff members talk to you as if you owe them personally. Many peoples circumstances have changed during the pandemic, this is fine and you can complete an expenditure form however this is a pointless task as they dont trust you just to complete that ( like other major lenders and credit card companies) they also want your bank statements for the last 30 days AND pay slips - please note this is NOT a legal requirement but EDL have made it their policy so if you do not share your info with them they will not adjust your payments. I would give zero stars but the 1 stars is for Bob a manager at EDL, after dealing with Bobs colleague prior to him ( who made us feel we borrowed the money from his account - he was super rude and inappropriate although he has got better maybe that was after my many complaints in writing) Bob tried his best to handle our acct as best he could and was alot more understanding and respectful. But again DO NOT TAKE A LOAN with them unless you are literally hanging on to a thread!!

   I am so glad I went to Everyday loans, everything was clear with no hidden charges of any sort and I got the best interest rate after comparing with other companies and banks. Peter O who setup my contract and terms was very helpful and not in a rush but provided great customer service, absolutely amazing and professional guy . Now I can build my credit score even more.Thank you .
