Once you clear your payments with HNW Lending, they will no longer answer your calls and will delay removing the charge against your property. They will neither answer your calls nor respond to your emails, so I have had to instruct solicitors to push HNW to remove the charge.

I have been an investor with HNW for around 10 years now; investing in over 65 loans. The HNW online platform is well-set out and clear and has all the information easily to hand that an investor would need to decide which loans to participate in. HNW are very responsive and respond quickly and are very helpful. Over the years they have refined their due diligence and are now much better at screening out bad loans, and are proactive and vigilant at anticipating and resolving potential losses. They are very good at keeping lenders informed and consulting on progress being made and if there is any decision that requires lender input they circulate a vote.
A solid platform with good returns. HNW are self invested in all loans and have 1st risk above customers. This reduces the risk to lenders. Combined with LTV % filters and a wide range of international commercial and residential projects, its a great option for diversification.
I always get a fast reply to my emails but invested a decent amount back in 2017 and have only gotten back 89% of invested money, including interest. 3 years on, I am still waiting for the rest and nothing I can do to access my money as borrowers not paying. I have been told that "it's not all bad" so guess it could be worse.
To reply to the review below, this borrower indeed signed a loan offer and then went into legals. However she then spent months trying to change what she wanted, such as asking to swap properties, then to borrow at a much higher loan to value. We incurred significantly more legal costs on this loan than the small amount she paid up-front and so there was no balance to return to her. If she had stuck to the original loan offer we gave and she signed to accept, then of course we would have lent the money
