   Dark dull atmosphere, very cold inside the shop. Staff feeding themselves first on opening, offer menu was a gimmick due to tiny portions, chips had a bitter taste due to unclean frying oil, grilled chicken very hard, burgers looked like they were from a kids menu, terrible service - had to keep getting up for fork, spoons, tissue, sauces and drinks. Young server didn’t give a shot what was served on the table. Defo won’t be coming back here again, hope I don’t get ill, would give it 0/5 stars.

   BBQ Express was absolutely amazing! Everything was 10/10 — the food was delicious, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It’s a great family-friendly place with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely one of the best BBQ spots I’ve been to highly recommend!

   Very disappointed with the service today. I called to place an order and the staff member on the phone hung up on me three times. There was no basic phone etiquette or professionalism. This is especially disappointing as I’ve been coming here for years. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place. extremely dissatisfied.

   Service was good the shop was empty when we went so food was done quick, we ordered peri peri wrap meals and some wings on the side, i rated food 4star as the chicken could have been charred a bit more it was too soft and white same with the wings they needed a grill and a char but they were saucy, chips were really nice

   Paid £14 but food quality and quantity was not good. Rang the restaurant but staff was very rude and aggressive. Poor service and quality. Not going to order again from them.

   BBQ express was my local place for grilled food . I ordered from bbq regularly . However a couple of months ago I went too collect my food as usual and asked for a tub of chilli sauce as the tubs are the size of my thumb nail. The gentleman serving myself took out a tub . The owner or manager pointed out to me in a rude manner the tub was an extra 40p . I then explain I have spent over £20.00 and come here regularly . I was spoken to in a very poor and unprofessional manor I was totally disgusted with the customer service . I was told it is what it is. Do you want the sauce . I then told the owner it’s not about the money but the way I have been spoken too it has been appalling . There was no remorse or apology . My reply was brother I will not be coming here after the service I have received . I was told if that’s how you feel , that’s how you feel . I’m not going to sit here and disregard the food . The food is 10-10 . However based on the arrogant and unprofessional behaviour. I have decided not to go back here again .

   I would give no stars if i could. ordered Burger and chicken tandoori on naan, for what i paid, i got way less food. not worth the money go else where. they charge you good money for average tasting food and then give small portions, scrooge is running the business. never coming back and will continue warning people not to lose their money at BBQ Miser.

   Placed a order came to around £35 and one portion of chips was missing the driver was rude and arrogant and when I rang the shop to say one was missing the kid was arguing with me over the phone really pathetic the prices they charge and they can’t even deliver a service ! 2nd time they have done this absolute disgusting service wouldn’t recommend workers need changing and portion has also decreased. THE BURGER ALSO HAS SALAD AND SAUCE ON IT WHEN WE CLEARLY TOLD THEM NOT TOO AND HAD THE NERVE TO ARGUE ABOUT IT. AND MY KID HAS SCHOOL THE NEXT DAY AND IT WAS NEARLY HIS BEDTIME NOW HE ONLY ATE HIS CHIPS ! REALLY AWFUL PREMINUM PRICE SHOULD BE PREMINMUM SERVICE NOT PREMIUM PRICE AND awful service also took an hour to deliver replacement burger
