Unfortunately a bad experience. Food was old and disgusting. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Shawarma had a nasty taste which made me vomit. At the very least you could have followed allergy notes as completely disregarded.
The place used to be much better than now; the food quality has massively decreased. Honestly I have removed my 4 star review before to 1 star now. I never ordered chips elsewhere and had them burned black and as hard as a stone as here. Everything was salty; the chips, the sauces, the pickles and the chicken. I ordered Broasted and won't do that again.
Best shawarma in Coventry city centre. Value for money. Friendly staff. The girl at the till is super friendly and she explains everything about the food how it will be by showing the picture. Overall it’s a great place to have an amazing food experience in Coventry.
Shawerma taste is amazing, authentic middle eastern taste. Cant differentiate from the original ones. Unfortunately, they have a lady cashier very rude to the customers , doesn't know how to respond. Telling someone else asking about a table to sit on that it's not her business. So sorry for the owner , who is she destroying his business with her attitude . Hope that someone would look at this .
Delicious Shawarma in an amazing presentation. Kind staff. Took me back to the taste of Syrian Shawarma. Perfect for take away, there are some tables for eating there.
Drove all the way from Manchester to eat the shawerma based on the reviews and wasn't disappointed at all.. Hands down the best shawerma I've tasted since coming to the UK and amazing customer service from the owner... Not even London Middle Eastern restaurants came close to it. I will definitely be going back to eat there.
This place serves great food, very clean and delicious!! The staff are experts in what they do and extremely friendly!! Thank you Shawarma Shack and well done!!
