I love credit spring, never had an issue with them in regards to getting the money. I have paid my loans early a few times and got my 2nd loan instantly. I have had a few loans with credit spring at different amounts. Easy to use. Easy to access. definitely recommend
A quick and easy way to get an interest-free loan. But you pay for membership each month as well as your loan repayment. Thing is, they allow you to choose not more than 2 months interval, when you want to start paying. And they report to credit bureaus, making you build a good credit score. I took my first 2× loan of £200 each take. Then last year, £300×2 and few months ago, I was amazed to get a 3rd loan of £600 2x this year. Taken my first half of £600, paid it off already in the 3rd month. I will advise you all, do not take more than you can not pay. And ensure you pay on time. I have known this lending firm from 2023 I think and highly I recommend. Don't forget, you pay the loan and a monthly membership fee. Do not be in a haste for the loan and not read the terms. Take your time to read the terms and agreements and understand it before accepting the loan.
Originally I thought using Creditspring was a great idea to improve my credit score but in reality dealing with them has been a nightmare. Their Website has no contact details. I want to cancel my account but keep getting sent round the houses. On their Website, you can choose the option to pay-off the full amount but all that does is push you to the next section where you have to complete a survey. However, the survey doesn't work and you are back to square one. I then withheld payments in the hope that I could contact them to cancel my account but their e-mail just directed me back to their website.I wish I had never ever used them.
Changed payment date by 4 days, made my payment and account all up to date and then I have now been sent an arrears letter demanding payment and also it has negatively affected my credit file. Beware. They give you the offer to change dates but this is the consequence which is not at all mentioned. If I had of known I would of not changed the date but over Christmas the extra breathing space was helpful. I will be getting this all paid and I will be closing this account. Not worth the hassle.
Used to have zero issues with this company but since my credit score has IMPROVED they refuse to lend to me. My score has improved drastically and my credit report is accurate. Clearly just targetting people in the hope they cant repay so they can shaft them big time. If you get a decent credit score go elsewhere. Loyalty means nothing to this lot
Took a loan out very straight forward couldn't fault it nor the help I received when I needed to change my payment date, it was very easy and helpful however, I repaid my loan in full including the membership fee as I needed a further loan, it states on the website *take this offer* which I did but it said they could not offer me a further loan which has left me almost £200 pounds down. It is not clear that this may be the case so in my opinion false advertising which I am looking into further. I have emailed credit Spring and awaiting a reply.
As I don't need the loan anymore I cancelled the dd. Getting messages about reporting me to credit reference agencies. I have sent various texts and emails to cancel the agreement no one responds. They have set up DD again so I cancelled again. Appalling service. All I want to do is cancel and get a refund for the money taken as I haven't used the service. I will probably have to go to Financial Conduct Authority or Ombudsman.
