I wpuld rate them Zero if i could. Ordered Hotshot Parmo and donner meat and chips yesterday, my eldest is im hospital with food poisoning as we speak and youngest is at home throwing up. Owner was rude to me when I rang to advise him to up his food standards
The owner is a really friendly nice guy food's amazing his parmesons are amazing I recommend the parmeson special it's amazing
What a absolute joke of a place!! The steak portion as you can see was taking the micky and if that wasnt enough they shredded the doner and xhixken and just sprinkled it on pizza was also had hardly any base sauce! This has taken stinging to a whole new level! What has annoyed was that i ordered food to open fast for family and still i had to make something for kids coz it was a joke steak portion and the pizza was essentially flour base with no sauce toppings on cheese! Looks were deceiving but once bit into pizza did reality struck! Avoid!!
Ordered on Uber eats at 2:30am and the food came hot n fresh as if it was made there n then. I also requested for the burger to be a peri burger in the box meal which they also swapped for me too which is why I give them 5 star service. The food quality was amazing, the juiciness in the burger made me come back and order the next day. Definitely recommend this place especially for a late night munch 100%.
Ordered on Uber eats they made it very fast and it was very warm and nice, even gave me a free Pepsi! Very good customer service I would recommend coming here. If ur ever visiting bfd you should come here there food is spectacular
Customer service is exceptional always respectful and polite, staff go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction and that food is outstanding. Food is always fresh and provided with care, you can tell they take cleanliness very seriously and it shows. 10/10 by far

Duckworth Lane branch. Are they under new management? Their food quality is no where near what it used to be. Price paid is different to price on board. I dont mind the price. Its all in the taste and quality.
Fantastic Customer Service. They treat you like a family. Food was on the spot. I'm a big fan of cheesy chips. Been at so many places but these kings of all grills took the words out of my mouth. Highly Recommended
