   I have ordered from here every week for 2 years and they have got my order wrong 40% of the time. The lady I believe is called Orana was very rude and has poor customer service skills. The place is dirty and not well kept in comparison to other Prets I have visited.

   Brilliant service from the young lad who served me lunch. Explained that my Pret Club subscription wouldn’t get half-price coffee discount as it’s a uni campus, but still made me feel like a valued customer anyway. Great customer service.

   Overall a solid experience. The service was quick and friendly, making it easy to get in and out without a fuss. The menu offers plenty of choice, which is great if you want a variety. My only quibble is the pricing—it felt a little higher than I’d expect given the setting, so if you’re budget-conscious it might give you pause. But if you value convenience, variety and good service, this place definitely delivers.

   I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out the absolute best barista on Earth, Alex at the Rootes Building Pret à Manger. If Pret gave out awards for kindness, charisma, and above-and-beyond customer service, Alex would win hands down. Every time I walk in, he greets me like an old friend, always with the warmest smile, and turns even the busiest day into a little moment of calm and joy. It's not just great coffee, it’s an experience, and it’s because of people like him. And the rest of the team, every single barista there is just as kind and welcoming. If you’re on campus, do yourself a favour and stop by this Pret.

   I went with my wife today, Sunday at around 2 o’clock. The staff had the front door wedged open which is a complete waste of heat and had music playing far too loud, I asked them to turn it down, which they did, but it was still too loud. I go here quite often on a Sunday and it’s normally OK, so it seems like, maybe there’s a new member of staff who likes loud music?

   Polite notice: I knew it would be a bad service from the moment I smiled at them but they didn't smile back. Really bad service. In here today around 11.30am Saturday. Not even a thank you or you're welcome from any of the staff (it wasn't busy either) . Just had my drink shouted at me. I used to work at Starbucks so I do know how stressful it can get and slip ups are always made of course- but this was my whole experience not a greet or thank you or you're welcome at all. I know customers can be rude but we aren't all that bad.. It's not cheap here either. Please please learn the manners especially when it comes to nice polite customers. Come on guys

   Visited this Pret today after most of the students have gone home for the Easter break so it was fairly empty at 11.30am. All clean and love that it is light and bright. Had a drink, one of their mango pots and a chocolate/almond cookie (which was fresh and warm). There is a also a section with plenty of plugs for laptop. Have been here a few times mid-morning during term time and the queues are usually very long (and don’t move as quickly at the Prets in the centre of London or airports that are super-quick). If you go outside of their busy times then a good bright clean Pret.

   Just opened this year, another good place to go on campus. The interior is nice and bright, and there are plenty of desks with plugs, so it is also convenient to use laptop in there. There is also learning grid next to it, and so you can order a cup of coffee and bring it over.
