   Got a take away last week - as soon as I opened the curries I knew it would be terrible…. Strange texture on the chicken and the sauce. And as expected me and the wife both had stomach trouble for 2 days. As an Indian man, I would give this place 0 stars or even lower if I could.

   I've been here a few times and had a consistently good experience. The good is great, the service is good and it's reasonably priced as well. If you want alcohol, you have to bring your own, but they have plenty of soft drinks available. Highly recommend

   Our friend took us here and it was excellent. Firstly alcohol is not served so you can take your own drinks if you wish. We went early on a Thursday evening and it was very busy. Very good service and a bottle of cold tap water was provided. There is also a comfy seating area if waiting for a table or collecting a takeaway. The food was very good and the garlic naan bread was huge. The service very good and friendly.

   I am not sure if there is much more I can add to previous reviews but it's enough to say that the wife and I had a very enjoyable meal here. We are not locals, and were visiting a relative in Warwick Hospital. Being a Friday night we fancied our usual, and curtesy of Maps, chose here simply based on the photos. Yes parking is problematic and the restaurant is a little rough around the edges but all else that matters made for a very pleasant evening. No problems with the food or service, although the wife prefers a different flavour profile to her baltis. Portions are huge and we could have easily shared what we had between 4. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. What was apparent that it has a very well and long loyal customer base which tells you something.

   Castle Balti and Balti Hut (southam) - i have lived in Warwickshire my whole life. I have eaten many many times at or as a takeaway from both of these places and have always been happy with their service and cookery of their dishes. Always keen to ask how you are. Never been a complaint from me or my husband. Very good value for money. The nans are massive for their cost!!!!

   Ordered a chicken Puri, mixed grill and couple of curries alongside biryani and naan. Really delicious! Best curry house we've been to, with very generous portions sizes and attentive staff.

   Very reasonably priced meal (main dish, rice & naan) largely as the size of the naan is HUGE, it's enough to feed 2 regular people really! There's also a very healthy portion for the main dish, but in contrast to the others the rice seems small. The flavours are good, but nothing special, and the heat is so hot I personally struggled to properly taste the main dish - but that's down to personal ability. Dish shown: Chicken tikka madras, pilau rice and peshwari naan, on a dinner plate with none of the dishes emptied!
