    We always used to order from panache as we love their food and it always arrived fast and hot. Unfortunately after last night this will be the last time we will be ordering. Our order was an hour late on a Wednesday night, the phone was left off the hook so we couldn't contact the restaurant for an update, and when the food did arrive it was missing 2 items. The delivery driver also told us he didn't work there anymore and was just dropping off our food as a favour for them, which was a bit bizarre. It's a real shame as the food was always great, just seems to have gone down hill with delivery and customer service.

    Saw another review saying the same thing, I have currently been waiting for 2 hours for a takeaway. The phones have been turned off and the mobile number provided on Deliveroo is saying that they’re not the restaurant. This needs sorted as I currently can’t contact you. Not even sure if I should order other food as it says they’ve been delivering our food with their own driver for an hour now (I live a 6 minute drive away). My partner is going to go to the restaurant (what’s the point in a takeaway delivery if you have to actually drive there). Based off another review I don’t think they will be polite when he gets there.

    Nice old building. The bbq plate was well presented and had a mixture of chicken, shrimp and beef. The table nan was huge. Given a small cup of pilau rice and the cup of ice cream was frozen solid but tasty. Servers were a bit surly, felt rushed to order. Overall, a tasty dinner. I will go back.

    Dear team I don’t know if you are going to provide me a solution or it’s just gonna be ignored like Uber eats did. So, this may go as a feedback or a complaint depends on how the owners respond. We had ordered cheese keema naan , Reshmi kebabs and some more items via Uber eats on Sunday. The keema that was delivered was without cheese and secondly keema naan was of red color !! Who on earth provides keema naan and Reshmi kebab as red color?? This May be how you guys offer but there was no description of any beet root / coloring agent in the menu. Even kebabs were offered with an omlette, red in color and it wasn’t chicken for sure!! For us , it was like did we receive wrong order!! Because among all the items these 2 were disappointing big time. Anyways we approached Uber eats and they merely closed the concern by responding to contact the merchant. It’s been 4 days and there’s no response from merchant either It simply showed how Uber is incapable of resolving customer grievances and not bothered about customer using back their service. And same goes for merchant.

    Disappointing. Luke warm, rice..so passed on that.. More sauce than chicken, again not as hot as i would expect. Delivery was fast and good mannered driver. All in all, a microwave version would of been better...

    Why this place is not packed out is a mystery to me, friendly polite waiter and good portions. The banquet deal is a complete bargain . Food is 10/10

    I've just not long had Popadoms, Plain Naans, Chicken Tikka, Pilau Rice, Chicken Tikka Masala. Everything came within the time limit, the food was hot. I have nothing bad to say. As I couldn't eat everything I shared everything with the husband and even he enjoyed it.
