   Non stop calls and text messages. Finally called to get a loan and the man on the phone was very blunt, rude and dismissive towards my situation. I dont usually do reviews online but DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. There are better options out there, trust me. Terrible service. Terrible company and in 2025? Disgraceful. And no. This isn't a troll, posting this or a button hurt hater. This is very much real from a real person who had a very recent (TODAY) terrible experience from them on the phone, imagine if it was in person.

   Waste of time! Called after going through a broker conditional acceptance then needed other details which I gave them I was then promised a call after weekend and not even a call back from them! On plus side found another company and much better terms transaction done within a hour that's how it should be!

   I have applied for a loan online but got a message saying I need to see a store manager which I went to see but for some reason they weren’t able to see my score but within few minutes leaving the store in Bexleyheath branch, Sharon gave me a call and asked me to come back in as she can sort things out and can help me out. The next day had an appointment and went to see Ricky. He was very polite and helpful in every way. They sort out everything for me within half an hour and I was on my way out with the loan I needed. Thank you guys. I will be using your services in the future and will be telling everyone how quick and professional you guys are.

   Absolute bullies! Don’t ever get a loan from here! First off they don’t go through the paperwork properly say they can loan you one amount then later on say less, non stop calls, the manager Sharon Bhattie is abusive, unprofessional, rude and behaves like it’s her you’ve personally borrowed the loan from. Don’t even want to give they pond life one star!

   Terrible, avoid them like a plague. Sharon is very pushy to get you to sign up to a VERY expensive loan. Interest rate is very high. I find Sharon personally aggressive and pushy.
