   I currently have a loan with this company. I am only writing this review to try and defend this fantastic company, the google reviews on here are shocking, I have had a logbook loan for about 6-7 months, and they are the kindest people. Paul dealt initially and then a chap came over to inspect the car etc he then ensured all the money was in my account within 24 hours, which is was. When I have asked a few times for an extension on the monthly payment they have emailed me back straight away, they were kind, caring and patient with me, never judged nor asked personal questions. Won't have all these horrible 1 star reviews, I think they are fake!! Car Cashpoint are a great company!

   Avoid at all costs never had to deal with somebody so rude a lady called hollie. I am, taking it further with this company I was paying monthly instalments to then all of a sudden getting a call it had been passed on for somebody to collect my veichle that same day I contacted them and hollie was ride telling me to be quiet we had been emailing on my up to date email address for her to say they had been sending corospondence to my old address number and email which then left me having to find £1254 WITHIN THE HOUR To say I only borrowed £800 and still after that payment plus my monthly payments still owe 1000 what a, joke and I noticed all bad reviews they reply to like they are fake well this isn't a fake one and hollie you really need sacking

   Marked my vehicle and I never took a loan with them. I recently tried to sell.my car only to discover that there was a mark against it due to a logo book loan in Feb 2020. As I paid cash for it and NEVER took a log book loan against it I was extremely disturbed. Thankfully the dealer gave me the details of the loan so I could contact this company. Turns out they NEVER issued a loan against my car and have provided this in writing however they are refusing to remove the mark. How can this be legal. Be very careful if ypu are looking to work with them. Even though I never applied for the loan, it appears that even an enquiry entities them to claim ownership. And even after admitting they don't own it, there refusal to remove the mark should be a valid sign to any new customers to be very wary. Should you take out a loan, WILL THEY REMOVE ANY RIGHTS once ypu have settled your agreement. In your case, it's NO... and i never even heard of them until I tried selling my car I will be escalating this to the ombudsman

   Absolutely amazing! Theyre so fast and efficient and so kind and helpful! Especially Paul who handled my application! Also Nick and Sunu! They are absolutely phenomenal and without a doubt the only lending company I would recommend! Especially as someone who hasnt had a loan before they were so informative and not shady which was so lovely I really really would recommend. Any negative reviews are probably from people who didnt get a loan or ssomething because threse guys are bloody phenomenal!!

   Reading all these bad reviews is shocking I have had no problem with them at all! Got a loan out in December come may I asked for a settlement figure as I was in a better money situation 24 hour I got my email witch was a very good price so basically £100 interest a month it cost! very cheap! I paid that day and 4 days later I got my logbook back and a letter thanking for my custom and that they have cleared my HPI honestly if I was in a bad situation again I’d definitely be going back! I think a lot of you just can’t pay and unfortunately if you can’t pay it gets taken away that’s what happens and it clearly states this maybe try paying ur bills and you won’t have to give poor feed back on a company that’s doing it’s job and is entitled to do so! It’s no different to a financed car you dont pay it they take it away maybe have better communication skills with the company and give people working there more respect goes a long way I’ve never had an issue very nice people was always a pleasure to speak with thank you for my loan shame on all your comments due to ur own doing putting a bad name on a company like that again thank you for my loan Nicole

   Shocking company. Irresponsible lending. Backed by the ombudsman. This company now has gone quiet and won't even respond to the ombudsman service. Avoid at all costs. And as for the usual response to reviews from car cash on Google. I am more than happy to post up evidence to back what l say. Been told to pay back by the ombudsman now a d shock, car cash have gone quiet and won't reply to emails. Even tried to serve a notice of arrears while the ombudsman was telling them to pay me back . They haven't got a clue. Anyone who has used them, get an irresponsible lending complaint done. Go to the ombudsman site and you will see car cash loose more cases than they win.

   Hmmm well what can I say about this company. My partner Sarah Powell had a shocking time with these rogues.They are the most horrible company on the planet.They bullied her when she was sick with covid .One of the staff members called Hollie is a nasty ,uncaring person who even reduced her too tears with her constant threats.if you fall behind with your payments,they ask for medical proof ,bank statements etc etc.We only borrowed £800 but by the time we paid it off it was over £2500 . When you pay off the loan, they take so long to send your documents back and remove the marker from the car. She called several times and yet extremely rude and very unpleasant. My honest opinion of this is avoid at all costs . No matter how desperate you are please look at this company’s reviews first as that’s what my partner should have done . They should be investigated as I don’t think there services are fair . So AVOID CARCASH Point!!!

   Poor service, Took a loan with these people for approximately one month. Within the two weeks during the cooling off period gave notice to withdraw, still awaiting the return of all documentation one month later. Charges are exorbitant and this company should be avoided at all cost. Suggest looking at other lending sources rather than use this company. They pride themselves on having exceptional customer service I find this very difficult to believe as the customer service I received from somebody called Daryl was appalling! Suggest Car Cash point that you cross reference before you add lies.
