1. Who Am I ★☆☆☆☆

   Utterly useless company don’t bother with them. They will keep asking for for more things, they will be incredibly slow, they will keep telling you to be patient and yet three weeks yes three weeks later, you’ll get another email from them asking for more details Don’t bother how they stay in business is a mystery best reserved for the twilight zone

   My partner applied for a loan this morning with you & called back to provide his details. The guy he spoke to I think his name was Carl (apologies if not) was extremely rude to him. My partner isn’t into technology he doesn’t have his own email etc and he was made to feel like he was doing something wrong. He asked me a couple of questions while on the phone as I deal with our benefits etc. He was then spoken to really rudely. We don’t believe any checks were even completed on the back of this as he was phoned back so quickly. Customer service clearly isn’t this gentleman’s strong point. Applying for a loan is always a bit daunting and he was not made to feel at ease at all.

   I got recommended this company by my ex wife who passed away This company isn’t as good as I thought it was, I sent every document they asked for they performed a check and said I passed it, the next day they then asked me how much I pay on my rent etc which I then told them I also let them into my online banking. The next day I got told they couldn’t help. That is unprofessional and ridiculous.. because I’m Not a British citizen with a passport I honestly feel like that’s why they said no. Stay away from them

   As someone who has a credit rating that could be improved I couldn’t get a loan anywhere. These guys were very helpful and very quick, your loan really is based on your personal circumstances and I find it be very fair. Someone left a review stating that the company is in it for profit… it’s a business after all, how can u run a business without any profit? In my opinion these guys are good and I will continue to use them if I need to.
