   First time here, and as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with open arms by staff. Toby was so kind and helpful with this being my first time here. He was so very friendly to me and the other customers when I was there, this really made the atmosphere here so welcoming. Mia was also here and she was also so kind and caring. The food was also so good, and I'll definitely will be back. Thanks for this wonderful experience.

   I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place truly deserves it. They delivered the wrong order, and when I called, the lady on the phone promised that if I brought the food back, she’d fix it and add something extra to make up for the mistake. When I showed up, it was obvious they didn’t expect me to come. Suddenly the story changed — they tried to hand me less food than I originally paid for, argued about it, and even laughed as I walked out. I’d already paid extra for delivery through Uber, so at that point, I’d wasted both time and money. When I reminded her of what she’d promised, she admitted it — but then claimed they were “out of pocket” for giving me the wrong order in the first place and accused me of lying. Apparently, I’m meant to believe I somehow recreated their food containers at home just to scam them out of a salad. Absolutely ridiculous. They don’t care about customers, only about taking your money. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs

   I came to this restaurant for the first time today and I was not disappointed. After entering I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and after looking at the menu for a short time, the helpful staff member asked if it was my first time there. Having said I was he immediately explained everything to me. The food is also really good. Full of taste and filling. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would be looking for a good burrito. I haven't tried anything else yet but I imagine it's all the same quality

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this place! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome. The food is my favourite. Especially the burritos and tacos, which are packed with flavour and always fresh. And don’t even get me started on the salsa verde, its the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, truly amazing! Whether it’s a quick bite or a casual meal, this is my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

   I have been going to tortilla almost everyday from when they opened and I have never had any bad experience’s whether it’s the customer service the portions the quality of the food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have and will continue to order from tortilla. Even though I have been ordering everyday from the lovely staff and they know my order they still take the time to explain the menu and always make sure I got everything I need. The service is top quality honestly.
