   Ordered prawn wantons, no prawn in it at all, could not eat. Salt and pepper ribs, no meat on them, all fat and portion so small. Ordered chicken & mushroom with chips and fried rice, arrived and was mushroom soup instead of chicken and mushroom. Called to complain, they did to be fair bring the correct main meal, on arrival gave them the wantons and chips back as they were inedible. I must say the chicken and mushroom also not great and the fried rice was just disgusting, it was like mush. OMG this was the worst chinese we have ever had. What is it with chinese takeaways these days, can not find a decent one. This one is hands down the WORST. Dont order from here. Currently making a slice of toast. I don't think the local foxes would eat it eaither.

   Been coming here for a while. Always enjoyed it and recently they've added Thai to the menu. Recently ordered a Thai red and it was amazing and spicy.

   First time coming to this takeaway. I met very friendly staff that were welcoming to me and the food was so excellent, especially the sesame prawn toast that was packaged very neat and tasted delicious and fresh.I will definitely be returning back to eat. I highly recommended this place. .

   I don't know what's happened to this place, but we've had to find an alternative after 6 years of new rainbow being our previous favourite Chinese. The last two orders in the past 2 months have been highly disappointing, everything seems to have changed and most certainly for the worse. I doubt we'll try again considering we've now wasted over £100 and it's just completely ruined. It used to be they would know which house we were and everything but now seem to have no idea which makes me think it's changed owners? Will it return to normal standard?

   We tried every Chinese in shipley before we found this place and we've never turned back. Amazing flavour and it usually arrives in under 15 minutes. Their prawn toast is fantastic it's a whole king prawn in the center of quarter of a slice of bread and you get 8 pieces. They do proper dirty noodles like all good Chinese's should and their curry is beyond words amazing I wish I could give 10 stars.. fills two of us for under 15quid

   Just had a meal delivered, arrived cold and it was absolute garbage. Not sure where they buy their ducks from, but to say it was tasteless is an understatement. It was some sort of stringy fat pretending to be duck. Never again.

   Really disappointing, heard good things about this place but the food we got was awful. Over half the tub was bean sprouts, about three bits of carrot, then over cooked rubbery chicken in bland sauce so watery it was pouring out of the tub into the bag. Had a couple of mouthfuls and the rest went into the bin, don’t waste your time.
