Offering a punchy rate lulled me in to working with them, after charging me for the Survey and Valuation, they decided they didn't like my working "proven" processes and hid behind small print to make the deal impossible. They have then since put me through a farcical complaints procedure and then lied to justify their position. Unprofessional and unaccountable.
