Been to this Chinese my whole life and it’s always amazing! Staff are lovely and friendly, food always arrives faster than the estimated arrival time, and food always arrives hot and fresh. They cater to our requests every time without fail and are always so pleasant.

Not sure how to review this ? Food does taste really good and appreciate the cost of living crisis but £15:50?? And 6 free prawn crackers ? Good job this is supper and we’ve already eaten : /
Arguably the worst Chinese meal I've ever had. Duck curry that was 80% fat, deep fried spare ribs that were overdone and swimming in grease. Waste of £20
Was quite impressed with the food until the Wife got food poisoning from an under-cooked steak.
First time ordering as usual Chinese was closed. Pleasantly surprised, we had no complaints. We received big portions of tasty hot food. Pleased to find it in foil containers too instead of the usual plastic. Will be ordering from here again.
Absolutely disgusted with how I’ve been treated tonight. Been a customer for 30 years and my parents and grandparents have before me. Appalling attitude on the phone from the guy taking orders shouting at me saying he didn’t need my postcode even though they normally ask for it when delivering which is normally once a week (not any more). Couldn’t remember my mobile number and again shouted at me saying how busy they are tonight and needed a contact number. I suggested I called back. When I did call, I asked for Singapore fried rice which I get every week saying they’ve taken it off the menu now and couldn’t make it anymore??? No exception. Aggressive and rude attitude. Called Jade garden instead and spoke to a lovely helpful guy who actually wants custom. Food quality recently been dreadful too, tasteless cold slimey and burnt. Loyalty the only reason why I still called. Lost a customer so well done! You don’t treat customers like that. Told them to forget it - won’t be getting another penny from me. Disgraceful
This is without doubt the best Chinese take away any where. Been a customer since it first opened in the 70’s when I lived a few door up. Even when I moved and tried others nobody is as good as Great Wall. Also it’s the only take away that’s does Chinese roast pork and chicken with bean shoots which is my favourite dish. Might have changed hands a few times over the years but they still manage to put out the same quality food I remember as a child.
