1st time we collected and was lovely. Got a delivery tonight. Pork and chicken is very dry in the bbq fried rice. Very disappointed the shrimp chow mein is extremely fishy. Chips are nice. Curry sauce is very spicy and I've never had a spicy curry sauce from a Chinese it's always been mild but asked for a curry sauce not thought much of it poured it over the food and its to spicy. Gave the driver a tip aswel. Its not very nice food tonight I'm really disappointed as was looking forward to this even having to drink my drink to wash it down in how dry it is. Take aways aren't very cheap anymore. And in how expensive this place is I'd of expected everytime to be 5* food to be honest with the prices here. Not happy with food tonight unfortunately. Which is a massive shame.
Dragon house never ever fail to satisfy us . Absolutely my favourite takeaway establishment ! Always fresh food, always tasty and its always a speedy delivery and foods always hot , prices are fantastic! Always throw in spring rolls and crackers too free of charge. The staff are lovely as well as their drivers. Couldn't rate them any more. You wouldn't be disappointed must try !!
Do not order from here!!! Worst place to get food from , all stone cold and soggy, rude customer service and when phoned to make a complaint they just told us to basically deal with it! Will never be ordering from this place again
Food was ok. Driver blamed me he was not able to call me however I left my number and instructions as "please leave the order at the reception" but he encountered difficulties to understand the sentence above. He was number 8 on a 10 scale of rudeness.
Thought we would give a new place a try. So we ordered online showing as open. Money taken. Hours later trying to make contact to see where food was. It had been cancelled but didn't think to notify us. Dreadful service Dreadful ordering platform.
Such a lovely meal was ordered online for a collection I collected it and within 2 minutes it was ready for me . Well all I can say is it was delicious will definitely return again . Was delighted with our free gift of prawn crackers and mini pancake rolls amazing.
