    Gone Downhill. We have used this place for over twenty years. The food we got tonight was delivered well within the hour stated. The food was hot: however. Flavor was fine but texture of the meat, was soft and prawns in dish (about two)! We also had spare ribs, which the sauce was fine but the ribs tasted processed. We used to order the large Thai spring rolls, which appear to have disappeared from the menu. We will be trying somewhere else next time.

    Would love to give them 0 stars instead. Ordered from uber eats for them to come to the door pretend they delivered by getting the bag out of the car then to put it back in then drive off. Called them to say where is my order they said it has been delivered, was rude and cut the phone. It’s a shame because they have nice food but rude people.

    Absolute 10/10 .. food is top standard , on an off chance i ordered as i couldnt fet theiugh to my local curry hiuse , and hav not changed since . To all the negative reviews .. do not listen to them .. there either attention seekers or moaners .. the special chow mein has more meat in it than any curry house ive used and flavours are too notch . Last week i had to call and say thankyou … 5 stars !!!!!!

    Very nice delivery driver. Food was pretty bad, vinegary sweet and sour soup that included cheap sausage and tough chicken breast in the main dishes. Would not order again or recommend. Cost a lot of money not all of us can afford now and did not taste like a treat as it should be. Would not recommend. Just not nice. There are better places around

    The people doing flyering for this restaurant ignore no junk mail stickers and leave litter shoved through pushing both letter box flaps up leaving a big hole in my front door and tanking house temperature. It's not OK and the extent of my dealings with Shang Hoi have been with the people they choose to represent them, so I'm reviewing based on those interactions

    Super speedy delivery, piping hot and delicious food too. Ordered ribs in Szechuan sauce and some vegetable spring rolls but I was somewhat disappointed that the sauce was not at all spicy. Besides that, pretty great stuff.
